4: BOSS Classroom Steps: | Step 1: State: "I am watching for cooperative & polite behavior. Who can show me?" (repeat as necessary)

5: Step 2: Continue 1 & add: After a period of time state: " Who can tell me how they were C/P today?" Begins horizontal strength by making your students consumers of the process. | Step 3: Continue 1 & 2, and add: After a period of time or by the end of the day (period), state: "Who can tell me how someone else was C/P today?" | Step 4: Continue 1, 2, & 3 and add: "Boys & girls, when you see someone else showing CPBs, don't wait for me to ask., you tell them right away about their CPBs.

8: What does the BOSS teacher say....

9: "What are we working on?" | "I'm watching for CPBs!" | "You are showing excellent CBPs, by..." | "Who else can show me?!" | "Everybody please stop what you're doing. I want you to see what just happened!!!"
