Comic Strip | Boy joins the good guys

Advice Column Dear Harley, I have a problem. I am traveling with my son south, but I know I'm going to die very soon. I am worried about his safety, both mentally and physically. His mother committed suicide a few years ago and I don't want him to feel even more alone. Should I tell him to kill himself? -Sincerely Soul Survivor Soul Survivor, firstly I am saddened to hear about your impending demise, and for a man knowing he is about to die your question is very selfless and inspiring. A lot of parents on The Road have struggled with this question before, I think the best thing to do is talk to your son about what he's feeling. When you know how he looks at suicide, and you dying, Your son will let you know what he thinks and the two of you can come up with a solution together. -Happy Trails Harley

Article | Ely, a life long citizen of The Road, had witnessed a horrible crime against humanity the other day. The old man had said, "It was horrible I tell ya, a downright crime!" We asked Ely for a description of these criminals, and all we got for a reply was "They had these rusty looking faces, like a mask or something. They were all really skinny, and all I could hear was this humming noise coming from their truck. It was awful!" We investigated later that week, and Ely's story was in fact true! There were cannibalistic bullies on the Road, searching for a pair of people. | "Crazy Cannibals Cruise Countryside" | By Cody Tate

Letter To Editor April 18, 2011 I was just wondering if I read this correctly or not, everything has burned down; the boy and his papa are going south to get warm and to find food. However, people have resorted to cannibalism to survive, they have even began to procreate to have food. Well, what happens after you eat everybody an there is nothing let? What else is there to do?

Book Review | All in all I would give this book an 8/10, with ten being the best and one being the worst. This book had great content and captivated my attention. The only problem that I had was the punctuation. There were no real quotation marks to tell me who was talking, and how much was being said. I had to guess when the people stopped talking, which annoyed me a little bit. The content of the book makes up for its flaws though, so that is why I think it deserves such a good rating. | By Cody Tate | of The Road
