3: Jewel-Osco Albertsons Shoppers Hornbachers Brisol Farms | Acme Shaw Stars Blogs Save-A-Lot | Farm Fresh Shop-n-save Cub Foods Lucky TLC
4: Mr. Smith talks to people on the phone about buying and selling produce. He talks to farms that grow the produce and negotiates prices for them to go to different stores. Some days, Mr. Smith drives out to different places around Florida to look at produce while it is still at the farms to decide weather or not he should buy it. Mr. Smith also has to call people about trucks delivering trailers of fruits or vegetables. Sometimes, trucks are late or early, and that affects the warehouse's profit.
5: The entry-level salary for this job is 65-70 thousand a year. Mr. Smith works 5 days a week. His hours are usually 7:30 to 5:00. Other employees in the office trade days to work later or to work on Saturdays. My mentor had a business degree and got this career, but no college degree is necessary.
