1: This Mix book project is for our 8th grade tech class. We had to write about 5 famous figures. 2: John Adams | John Adams was born in Braintree Mass. on Oct. 30 1735. He was a man of his word if he wanted something he wouldn't give up for it. Just like in the war against Britain he made them fight for their independence he said " while I live I want to live with free rights". If he disagreed with someone he would tell hem what he thought was right no matter who they were. John Adams became the 2nd president of the United States and years after that his son became president John Quincy Adams. John Adams died on July 4th, 1826 the date America got their independence he helped America get their independence just like he wanted too.

3: John Adams was a pier editor of the Declaration Of Independence. What John Adams wanted most was freedom in this country and he finally got freedom. If it wasn't for John Adams we might not have freedom as much as we do now days. | John Adams

4: Neil Armstrong | Neil Armstrong was born on August 5th 1930 in Ohio. Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon in 1969. Neil Armstrong was the pilot on the Apollo 11. Neil was represented with many special honors like, Presidential Medal for Freedom in 1969. He also got the Congressional Space Medal of Honor, in 1978.

6: Jason Aldean was born in Macon Georgia, 1977. Jason's parents were divorced and his dad lived in Florida. During Jason's childhood he lived with his mom during the school year and during the summer he lived with his dad. At the age of 14 Jason started his career in singing. He entered many contests and won most of them. | Jason Aldean is a popular country singer. With many great songs that are ranked very good in the rankings. Jason is kind of new to country music he has gotten more popular for his newest songs. When he first started getting heard about was about 5 years ago with his album Relentless. | Jason Aldean

7: Jason Aldean | Jason has four albums which are Relentless, Jason Aldean, Wide open, and My Kinda party.

8: Benjamin Franklin was one of the founding fathers of the United States. He was also a leading author and printer, satirist, political theorist, politician, postmaster, scientist, inventor, civic activist, statesman, and diplomat. He was the man the discovered electricity. He invented the lightning rod, bifocals, the Franklin stove, the odometer, and the glass harmonica. He created the first public library and the first fire department. He became a successful news paper editer and printer. He got rich from writing Poor Richard's Almanack and The Pennsylvania Gazette. From 1785 to 1788 he was the governor of Pennsylvania. At the end of his life he freed his slaves and became one of the most well known abolitionists. Although he never became president he was one of Americas most important people.

10: John F. Kennady was born on Tuesday, May 29, 1917, at 3:00 p.m. After military service as commander of the Motor Torpedo Boat PT-109 and Motor Torpedo Boat PT-59 during World War II, Kennedy represented Massachusetts's 11th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1947 to 1953 as a Democrat. He was the only president born in the 20th century and was the youngest president. He was only 43. He is the only Catholic president and he is the frist Irish American president. Events during his presidency included the Bay of Pigs Invasion, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the building of the Berlin Wall, the Space Race, the African American Civil Rights Movement and early stages of the Vietnam War. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. Lee Harvey Oswald was charged with the crime but was shot and killed two days later by Jack Ruby before any trial.

12: Abraham Lincoln was born on February 12, 1809 to Thomas Lincoln and Nancy Lincoln in southeast Hardin County, Kentucky. When Abraham was nine his 34-year-old mother died of milk sickness. In 1840 Abraham became engaged to Mary Todd, who was from a wealthy slave holding family in Lexington, Kentucky. They met in Springfield in December 1839 and were engaged sometime in late December. In 1844 the couple bought a house in Springfield near Lincoln's law office. Abrahams brother, Edward Lincoln, died on February 1, 1850, in Springfield, because of tuberculosis. In 1832 Lincoln began his political career with a campaign for the Illinois General Assembly. In 1846 Lincoln was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives and he served for a two-year term. On November 6, 1860 Lincoln was elected the sixteenth president of the United States.

14: James Madison | James Madison was born on March 16, 1751 in Virginia. He was apart of the Continental Congress. He was also the leader of the Virginia Assembly. James Madison wrote the Virginia plan to get the government out of dept, pay back all the soldiers that fought in the Revolutionary war, and to make the Economy better.

15: He was a very smart man because, all the things he created for the law and government we still use now days besides some things because other presidents made and came up with other ideas to make the government better. | James Madison

16: Freddie murcury was born on September 5 ,1946 and died on November 1991.He was a British musician , best known as lead vocalist and songwriter of the rock band Queen. | Freddie mercury

17: Mercury was born as Paris. He live in Zanziber till his mid- teen. He was a performer he was known for his flamboyant stage persona and powerful vocals. Mercury also occasionally served as a producer and guest musician of other artist.He dies of In 2006 Time Asia one of the most influential Asian heroes of the past 60 years. He was also voted for greatest male singer of all time.Rolling stone put hem on list for 18 of the top 100 greatest singer of all time. | Ashley Hoffmann

18: Jerry Rice is arguably the best football player ever. He was born on October 13, 1962, in Starkville, Mississippi. As a football player in high school, he became an All-State end and also a defensive back. He accepted a scholarship from Division-I-AA Mississippi Valley State University. By the end of his college career he had 301 catches for a total of 4,693 yards as well as scoring 50 touchdowns. He became a member of every All-American team. He also finished 9th in the Heisman Trophy voting done in 1984. In 1999 his college renamed its football stadium to Rice-Totten Field in honor of Jerry Rice and quarterback Willie Totten. On August 12, 2006 he got voted into the College Football Hall Of Fame. In his rookie year with the 49ers he caught 49 catches for a total of 927 yards. He also won the NFC Rookie of the Year award. In the next season he caught 86 passes for a total of 1,570 yards and lead the league with 15 touchdown catches. He led the league for receiving yards and touchdown receptions for 6 years straight.

First laerned to master his skills as a soccer player.He spent his early years playing his local team.Nacional and by the time he turned 12 years old.He already made his name for himseldf as one of Madeira's top soccer player.It wasn't long before he statred to catch the attenttion of other big portuguese club.Among Athenm were Porto and Boavista however he eventually chose to play for Spting . | Cristiano Ronaldo | His week point of his game is that goes to the ground far too easily which attracts the ire of supports and sometimes tries a trick when simple pass would do.HIs strength is that he will take on any defender with searing peace,and mesmerising footwork to bott.

22: In 1901, President William McKinley was assassinated, and Thodore Roosevelt became president at the age of 42, taking office at the youngest age of any U.S. President in history. Roosevelt was the force behind the completion of the Panama Canal and was the first American to win the Nobel Prize in any field. Roosevelt declined to run for re-election in 1908. After leaving office, he embarked on a safari to Africa and a tour of Europe. After he beat William Howard Taft in his re-election race he lost to Woodrow Wilson. After the election Roosevelt went on an expedition to South America. He got malaria on the trip which damaged his health. He died a few years later at age 60. Roosevelt has been ranked by scholers by one of the best presidents ever.

27: Donne Wall Donne Wall was first drafted by the Houston Astros in the 18th round in 1989. He was born in Potosi Missouri July 11, 1967, and went to Festus Senior High in Festus Missouri.He first started his college baseball career at Jefferson College in Hillsboro Missouri, and later transfered to University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Donne pitched for the Houston Astros, San Diego Padres, New York Mets, and his final game played was with the Anahiem Angels on June 11, 2002. Donne pitched in to world series game for the Padres and Angles, with the Padres he lost but the Angles he won the World Series. Donne Wall coaches a 14u baseball team from around the St. Louis area their name is called the West County Firefighters they went 38-1-3 this year I played on this team and he was a great coach and taught me things I had no idea about. Donne is now coaching his son Keaton at St. John Of Vianny High School in Kirkwood, Missouri.

29: Walter Elias all so known as “Walt” Disney was born on December 5, 1901 and died on December 15, 1996.He was a American film producer, director, screenwriter, voice actor, animator, entrepreneur, entertainer, international icon, and philanthropist. Disney is famous for his influence in the field of entertainment during the 20th century .As the co-founder of Walt Disney Prounductions, Disney became one of the best-known motion picture producers in the world. The corporation he co- found ,now known as The Walt Disney Company ,today has annual revenged of approximately US $35 billion. Disney is particularly noted for being a film producer and a popular showman as an innovator in animation and theme park design. He and his staff created some of the worlds most famous fictional characters including Mickey Mouse. He has been awarded four honorary Academy Award and has won22 competitive Academy Awards out of 59 nominations including a record four in one year.

30: George | George Washington was born on February 22,1732 and he died on December 14,1799.He lived a very full live. HE was the dominant military and political leader political leader of the new United States of America from 1775 to 1797,leading the American victory over Britain in the American Revolutionary War as commander in chief of the Continental Army,1775-1783, and presiding over the writing of the constitution in 1787.As the unanimous choice to serve as the first President of the United State (1789-1797),he developed the forms and ritual of government that have been used ever since,such as using a cabinet system and delivering an inaugural address.The president built a strong ,well financed national government that avoided war, suppressed rebellion and won acceptance among Americans of all types. Acclaimed ever since as the 'FAther of his country', Washington,along with Abraham Lincoln,has become a central icon of republican value,self sacrifice in the name of the nation, American nationalism and the ideal union of civic and military leadership.
