1: We didn't start the fire By: Billy Jole | We Didn’t Start The Fire” was a song by Billy Joel. He made it after World War II. It became a huge success when it came out. This song is different than other songs because it’s about history. Its lyrics have all different type of events, people, things, and more. All of these are in the lyrics because they were important. The people, events, and things all did something that changed the world. That is why this song is important.

2: Rosenberg’s The Rosenberg’s were two American citizens who were executed in 1953 because they were found guilty of conspiracy in their own country. Julius and Ether Rosenberg were Communist betraying their country by delivering classified military and industrial information to the Soviets. The execution was controversial because the US did not have enough evidence to prove they were spies, but the nation was going through an anti-Communist hysteria. Ethel’s brother, David Greenglass, was taken into jail for trespassing documents to Julius. Harry Gold spent 15 years in jail because he served as messenger between Greenglass and a scientist named Klaus Fuchs. Also, Morton Sobell, was in prison for 17 years because of his relationship with the Rosenbergs. I think this execution was unfair to Ethel because the US government should have executed the other man mentioned before and not her.
