BC: The End

FC: The lives of many that were changed for good and evil | Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade

1: Slave Trade began in the mid fifteen hundreds when the Portuguese interests became different and moved on to others. By the time it hit the seventeen hundreds the trade was well put together and was in action.

2: An estimated amount of roughly 20 million African children and youth were taken away from their families and took into slave trade during the 16th and 18th century. They were taken at anytime no matter how old or young they were

4: They were bagged up with rags in their mouth to stop them from yelling and screaming that the traders were coming. Once they were in the bag they had no idea where they were being sent to. Many ended up being on ships for a few days or weeks with barely any food to survive off of. Not only did they have barely any food or drink there was also unbearable stenches in the ship.

6: They had their days of hard labor outside or inside. The children who were not strong enough to work outside stayed inside to help with the elderly or preparing food or doing house work. Once they were finished with the children and they could do nothing with them because their work was done and they could not do anymore and they had obeyed every rule and showed respect, most of the kids had gotten released but sadly when they went back to their home town villages their family and homes were gone.
