2: Stress can cause much strain. Many people stress over situations when they have undertaken to much stuff. Stress can cause many consequences. They can sometimes hurt people.
4: When do I get stressed? | I get stressed when i have to much on my chest. When i keep to myself to much or when i begin to worry to much is when i get stressed. | What happens to my body when i am stressed? | My body completely Shuts down. I can't do much and i can't think. I also get major headaches.
6: When you are stressed you can easily get in trouble for getting into a heated arguments. You can also get very sick. You can get migraines, and you can even have a panic attack. | What are some consequences of being stressed?
8: What are some ways you can prevent stress from having a negative impact on your life? | LET'S GO!
9: You can always relax and count to ten. This might seem crazy but counting to ten and not getting so worked up works with stress. There are many more options like squeezing a stress ball and thing like that but i think the counting to ten method is the best one.
