We have our own world. The place we call home has many characteristics that many other planets do not have. Earth's atmosphere is full of gases that protect Earth from radiation or meteoroids. Oxygen is abundant and necessary for a lot of organisms. Water is another indispensable material for organisms. Without water we would not live. Earth is being pushed to the border of extinction. | Toxic gases humans produce damage the Earth, and destroy many species. There are some people in the world that do not care about their world, and they do not realize the damage they make to themselves. Earth is fighting a battle, with us. | The Earth:
 The Moon
 What is The Moon?
The Moon is the little assistant of earth. Do you see the moon always? OR never? | The Moon:
The moon has no definite origin, but scientists believe the moon was part of earth! | An object from outer space hit earth, and a piece went out. | That little piece is being pulled by gravity, the moon. | The Moon's Origin
Phases of the Moon: | 1. New Moon | 2. Waxing Crescent
Phases of the Moon: | 3. First Quarter | 4. Waxing Gibbous
Phases of the Moon: | 5. Full Moon | 6. Waning Gibbous
Phases of the Moon: | 7. Last Quarter | 8. Waning Crescent
The Sun | The Sun is the largest star in the Solar System
Story of the Sun | The Sun was the first object on the solar system. The other planets are always revolving around it.
The Sun's Temperature | The Sun is about 4000 degrees kelvin! We would not resist it!
The Sun's Future | The Sun is believed to be turned off in future years. Scientists are trying to discover why will that happen.
The Solar System | Small facts about each planet!
The Inner Planets | Mercury: the first planet in the solar system, and the fastest. | Venus: the second planet, and the hottest!
Earth: the third planet, with water! | Mars: the fourth planet, with some ice.
The Outer Planets | Jupiter and Saturn: the largest planets on the solar system. Jupiter has a never ending hurricane. Saturn has its own rings.
Uranus and Neptune: the planets have different tones of blue. Uranus rotates from bottom to top. Neptune is very cold, and rotates in an elliptical way.
Pluto: the smallest planet on the solar system. It is still not known to be a planet.
Will Pluto still be a planet?
THE PLANETS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM | Inner Planets: Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars | Outer Planets: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto
