9: It is the responsibility of Congress to write and pass laws. The laws are made to protect peoples personal liberties and keep everyone safe. While the lawmaking process in the U S is slow, complicated. It was made that way on purpose . The 3 branches of government judicial, executive, and legislative must all work together and share power. the system of checks and balances makes sure that no branch of government gains more power than they should.

13: home of the free because of our brave | article3-judicial branch- the students power comes from the teacher and any abuse of that power. will result in dismissal from class for discipline. | bill of rights 1. freedom to question. 2.if teacher is wrong i can go to higher authority. lol 3. in doing work projects procrastination is not allowed. 4.all work is turned in on time. 5.all rules and regulations are respected and upheld. 6. all work together respectfully.

14: Creating | The constitution is a living document. Because it can be changed at any time. The definition of a living document is it is being or can be changed by a person. An example is the school rules are a living document. Because every year they are being changed the rules are different. The dress code is also a living document because last year you couldn't wear holes above your knees this year you can but they have to be a sir tan length. Another example is a bid for a job. The job could be $4,000 but changes because something is taken out or added. So you see by my examples the constitution is a living document.
