Up in the heavens, a set of triplets named, Swinthosis, swinthisis, and swinthesis, who happen to be fairies, are born.

As they grow older, their loathing towards each other becomes more prominent. | They constantly fought and at times, got friends into their fights | Then one day, it went to far...

It was a gloomy day up in the sky. All the children had to amble home so they wouldn't get caught in Zeus’ rath. | All of the land, even the tree’s and meadows, knew that when Zeus was having an excruciatingly bad day, the next few ones would be full of hailstorms, tornadoes, and a plethora of lightning. As all the children in the land hurry home, Swinthesis and her two sisters get into a huge fight to the point in which Swinthosis breaks down. Swinthesis storms off outside into a tornado Zeus has constructed.

As her two sisters try to lull her, a patch of debris whisks them up into the atmosphere. A few hours later, after the tornado is done with its victims, the fairies awaken in a tree with their wings mangled. As they scuff home, their bodies are sore and they are exhausted. When they try to fly home, all three sisters fall flat on their faces. When Swinthosis looks at her wings, she cries because her wings look grotesque. When Swinthisis looks at her wings, she squeaks and turns red due to her shyness. And when Swinthesis looked at her wings, her scream was so boisterous that it could be heard all through out the heavens. While the tornado went on, the ferocious winds and debris had caused their wings to twist and turn until the only way they could be fixed was by visiting the healer.

They set off for the healers palace the next day. The healer, though old with gray, was as lively and advert as a fox. He had even more wisdom than that of the wisest god. He could heal almost everything and everyone, except the long expired. When the sisters came to him, he only said one thing… “You three girls have fought more than any other creature in your great Heavens,” the healer paused, “You three also have no teamwork. If your three minds came together, you could create something so grand, even Zeus would praise thee. I refuse to help you until you sisters learn the value of teamwork.” And with that, the girls were banished.

On the way home, the sisters argued over who was to blame for the healer’s Decision. “Swinthosis, it’s your fault that we weren’t granted healing!” Swinthesis Exclaimed. “You are just jealous that I am more beautiful than you are.” Swinthosis vainly replied. “Both of you just STOP IT! I am sick and tired of you two arguing over every single thing.” Swinthisis squeaked with all her might. Later at their home, Swinthisis is sketching a doodle, which she is known to do, Of an object hanging from a tree. When Swinthesis looks over Swinthisis’ shoulder, she shrieks “I have never seen anything similar or even close to that!! That is what we have to invent!”

Swinthosis grabs the paper off the desk and runs it over to Swinthesis. Both sisters agreed that the drawing is something that would be the most grandest thing in the heavens since toothpaste! “All we need to do now is figure out how to construct it, and name it.” Swinthesis said.

The sisters quickly got to work for they wanted to be able to fly as soon as Possible. The first thing they needed was a base for someone to sit on. Swinthosis and Swinthesis looked at Swinthisis. She was wearing her precious wooden shoes that if put together, they would be big enough to sit on. Swinthisis told Swinthesis that she should cut her nails because they are so long and strong that they could hold anything together. That’s how they create the nail for the wood to connect with the string like material. Since Swinthosis’ hair is so long and strong, Swinthisis and Swinthesis glance at each other and come up with the idea for the string like material that will be connected to the nail and wood.

Once the sisters have the idea for the new object, they set up a working place in their parents house. They first cut the wood into a rectangular shape and screw the nails into it. Once they are finished with that, they braid Swinthosis’ hair that she has cut off into a rope to hang the wooden base on. | The sisters decide to hang it from a tree in their backyard so after they show the healer, they can play on it. The sisters decide to name it a swing in honor of their ancestors, “The Swins.”

The three sisters go to the healer the next day to talk to him about what they learned and the grand thing that they invented. The healer walks slowly to their house, looking at the bright day after Zeus’ disasters. When they reach the house, the sing is in the backyard with a couple of neighborhood kids swinging on it. The healer inspects the invention and thinks that is was a very good idea. He grants the fairies their wish and heals their wings. The fairies are so grateful, that they ask the healer if he would like to swing on the swing. The day ends as a bright happy one with the flowers finally blooming after being in hiding for the winter.
