9: Jake started gym classes at "The Little Gym" in October. His favorite part of class is playing with the balls and hanging on the bars.

11: EB mailed a letter explaining he was coming a little early and to be aware of clues for their Easter Gifts the next morning. | Julie: Egg #1 is located where your enjoy TV Time Fun! | Jake since you are so young I won't make you guess; go with your sisters to a place where your toys are. The Gift: A new outfit. | Abby: Egg #1 is located where you'd find something sticky that goes on your waffles but is most certainly not icky! | Julie: Egg #2: Go to a place where you might find some glue! Julie: Egg #3: Look somewhere where there's a picture of me. The Gift: A Taekwondo bag. | Abby: Egg #2: I think it's somewhere that you might find a shoe. Abby: Egg #3: Look to a place you make your hair pretty just like me. The Gift: A Taekwondo Bag.

14: An excerpt from Julie's Book: "Abby can be crazy because she tells really funny jokes. She is also smart and beautiful. I think that she is helpful and loving when she gets me my shoes. She is also very cute. Abby is caring and polite because she waits for me at the dinner table. I also think she is very friendly and a wonderful sister".
15: Julie wrote a book about Abby and invited her to her classroom to present it to her.

19: For Julie's birthday this year everyone played "Who knows Julie Best". Nana won a $15 gift card to Barnes and Noble. Since Julie's favorite candy is gummy bears we filled a mason jar and each guest took a guess at how many gummy bears were in the jar! Kyo won but forfeited his gummy bears to Jeshua.

24: In May we took a bus trip to The Philadelphia Zoo and Camden Aquarium. Grammy and Gramps came along!

39: This year we went to the Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos, PA. This was a great water park with a lodge that had an interactive scavenger hunt, arcade games, bowling and miniature golf and of course, icecream!

45: We celebrated another event in the garage with our family and friends.
46: Jake's party was themed with Cars. Julie, Abby & Mom made VIP Passes and Pit Crew Passes for the guests and put racing flags in his fruit! We all helped make a collage of Jake and everyone signed his Dr. Seuss birthday book.

62: Nana & Kyo took Julie & Abby fishing to Evergreen Lake. They came home with over 100 tadpoles. None of them survived but somehow we ended up maintaining a tank with originally 3, now 2, green tree frogs.

71: This year Leanne was the December mystery reader for Abby's 1st grade class room. Everyone brought sunglasses to wear while we read "Pete the Cat and His Magic Sunglasses". We donated the book to the Miller Heights Library.

80: Abby went as a witch for Trick or Treat and the Miller Heights Parade. | Jake was a dinosaur for the Cambridge Parade and Trick or Treat.

87: Abby woke up to 102 balloons in her room for her birthday. At her party everyone brought a picture and wrote a note for Abby on it. This pictures were put in a scrapbook for Abby to keep for years to come. Her cake was her decorated with balloons.
88: Everyone wrote a birthday wish to Abby and tied it to a balloon. We released 20 balloons full of birthday wishes for Abby.

95: Leanne and Julie seasoned the turkey this year while Abby occupied Jake. We made a fruit turkey also.
97: Julie & Abby couldn't break the wish bone - so Mom & Dad had to...Mom won!!

102: It's tradition! Each year everyone helps cut down a Christmas tree at Unangst Tree Farm.
103: Grammy and Gramps come over each year to help decorate the Christmas Tree. The last ornament the kids put on the tree together is our family ornament.
104: After the turn of the century In the clear blue skies over Germany Came a roar and a thunder man has never heard Like the screaming sound of a big war bird. Up in the sky, a man in a plane Baron Von Richthofen was his name Eight-y men tried and eight-y men died Now they're buried together on the country side. Ten, Twenty, thirty, forty, fifty or more The bloody Red Baron was rollin' up the score Eight-y men died trying to end that spree Of the Bloody Red Baron of Germany. In the nick of time, a hero arose A funny looking dog with a big black nose He flew into the sky to seek revenge But the Baron shot him down "Curses, foiled again!" Now Snoopy had swore that he'd get that man So he asked the Great Pumpkin for a new battle plan He challenged the German to a real dog fight While the Baron was laughing he got him in his sights. That bloody Red Baron was in a fix He tried everything but he'd run out of tricks Snoopy fired once and he fired twice And that Bloody Red Baron went spin-nin out of sight.

108: 2013 Things To Note Julie, Abby & Jake become cousins to Logan Frederick Keck. Tim got another tattoo on his arm; two Koi fish and a turtle. Leanne got two tattoos; one daisy on each hip. Everyone started Taekwondo and were yellow belts by the end of 2013. Leanne went part time at Morey, Nee, Buck & Oswald. Tim knocked down the wall between the kitchen and the living room. Jake says Da-Da, Ma-Ma, juice and "Car Car" (Carter) and tries to say Julie and Abby. He definitely gets their attention when he wants it.
109: Our Routine in 2013 4:30 - 5:00 am: T&L wake up. 5:00 - 5:15 am: JK wakes up. 6:30: T goes to work and J wakes up and sometimes has some tea. 7:30: A wakes up. 8:45: J&A help play with JK until everyone is ready to leave for school. L takes J&A as walkers to Miller Heights. 9:00: JK goes to Cambridge; L goes to work. 3:00: L picks up JK and then J&A. 4:00: T gets home from work. 4:30: Dinner Time 5:30: Mon and Wed JK has time with Grammy while J&A ad T&L go to TKD. Tues L goes to fitness; Thurs T goes fitness. Friday is Family Friday Night. 8:00 - 8:30: JK goes to bed (but not for the entire night) 9:30: J&A are finally settled for the night (yes, Abby still has her 15 minute bedtime poop and calls for dad one last time.) 10:00: T&L have ice cream and fall asleep on the sofa until... 12:00: JK gets up; T puts him to bed and T&L go to bed in hopes of all the kids staying asleep.
