6: Pecan Sandies | 1 Cup Butter or Margarine 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Chopped Pecans | 6

7: It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! | Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour and nuts. Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 for about 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar. | 7

8: Lemon Glazers | Bake: 375 for 20-25 mins. | 3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine 2/3 Cup packed Brown Sugar 1/4 Cup Cream (Sweet or Sour) 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Oats | 8

9: Who needs Santa when you have Grandma! | Cream together all ingredients except flour and oats. Blend in flour and oats. Spread dough in ungreased 9 x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Brush immediately with glaze. | Lemon Glaze | Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp. soft butter and 3 Tbsp. lemon juice | 9

10: 1 Cup Butter or Margarine 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 Cups Flour 1 cup (6 oz) Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts | Toffee Squares | "The Ones Katie Always Messes Up" | 10

11: Cream Butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix in flour, 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 3/4 cup walnuts. Press into bottom of greased 15x10 inch pan. bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips. When soft, spread to frost. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts. Cut into squares while warm. | 11

12: Chocolate-in-Oatmeal Bars | 3/4 Cup Butter or Margarine 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Rolled Oats 1 1/3 Cups (14 oz Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 Cup (6 oz) Chocolate Chips 1/2 Cup Nuts | " The Ones With the Sweetened Condensed milk" | 12

13: Holiday Memories Warm Out of the Oven! | Cream butter with brown sugar and salt. Blend flour and oats until particles are fine. Press 2/3 of crumb mixture firmly into bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Heat condensed milk in saucepan. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Spread over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; press down lightly. Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown. | 13

14: All I want for Christmas ... | About 48 Hershey's Kisses 1/2 Cup Shortening 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar 1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar 1 Egg 2 Tbsp. Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt Granulated Sugar | Peanut Butter Blossoms | 14

15: are cookies!! | Heat oven to 375 F. remove wrappers from chocolate. Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture. Shape dough into 1- inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Immediately press a chocolate into center of each cookie; cookie will crack around edges. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies. | 15

16: Andes Creme de Menthe Cookies | 1/2 Cup Softened Butter 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Baking Powder 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 2 Eggs 1 Package (10 oz.) Andes Cream de Menthe Baking Chips 2 2/3 Cups Flour | 16

17: Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend butter, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs until mixed. Stir in Andes Baking Chips and then flour. Chill approximately one hour in the refrigerator. Form dough into ball and slightly flatten. Bake on a non-stick pan for about 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies | 17

18: 2 1/2 Cups Flour 2 tbsp. Water 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 tsp. Salt 1 Cup Butter, Softened 2/3 Cup Granulated sugar 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 2 Large Eggs 2 Cup's Red & Green M&M's | M&M Cookies | 18

19: Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually beat on flour mixture. Stir in M&M's. Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. | 19

20: Snickers Surprise Cookies | 2 Sticks of Butter 1 Cup Peanut Butter 1 Cup Brown Sugar 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 3 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 13 oz Snickers Minis | 20

21: Combine butter, peanut butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, and baking soda. Cover and chill 2-3 hours. Remove dough from the fridge. Divide into 1 Tbsp. pieces and flatten. Place half of unwrapped Snickers minis on each. Form dough around each Snickers. Place dough on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 11-14 minutes. | 21

22: Reese's Chewy | Chocolate Cookies | 2 cups Flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1 1/4 Cups Butter or Margarine 2 Eggs 1 2/3 Cups Peanut Butter Chips 3/4 Cup Cocoa 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 2 Cups Sugar | 22

23: Heat Oven to 350 F. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. | 23

24: 1 Cup Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/4 Applesauce 1 Egg 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1 1/3 Cup Oats 1/2 Cup Raisins | Applesauce Oatmeal Raisin Cookies | 24

25: Heat oven 375 F. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In separate bowl, cream butter and both sugars together. Beat until smooth. Add applesauce, egg and vanilla. Add the flour mixture to the applesauce mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Can be stored in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. | 25

26: 1 Cup Butter, (Room Temp.) 3/4 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Cornstarch 1/4 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla (Optional) | 26 | Scotch Shortbread

27: Heat oven to 325 F. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy; add vanilla. Stir in flour along with cornstarch and salt. Add to the butter mixture. Beat until well mixed. Pat dough into 8-9 inch pie pan. Prick dough with fork. Bake 40-45 minutes or until goden brown. Sprinkle with sugar. | 27

28: 1 1/2 Cup Butter 1 Cup Sugar 1 Egg 2 Tbsp. Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond or mint extract 3 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. Baking Powder | Spritz Cookies | 28

29: Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. In large bowl, beat butter sugar until fluffy. Add egg, milk, vanilla and almond extract. Gradually add in flour mixture. Mix well. Fill press with dough and with desired disks, press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. | 29
