2: Bourbon Balls
3: Ingredients: 3 C. Vanilla Wafer Crumbs 3 T Cocoa 1 C. Confectioners Sugar 1 1/2 C. Chopped Nuts 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/3 C. Corn Syrup 1/3 C. Bourbon (or Rum) Yields about 48 Small Cookies | Instructions: Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Roll balls on extra Confectioners Sugar. Store in a covered container at least a week.

5: Ingredients: 1 C Graham Cracker Crumbs 1 C Chocolate Chips 1 C Chopped Nuts 1/2 Stick Margarine 1 C Butterscotch Chips 1 C Coconut 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk Directions: Mix crumbs and melted margarine and spread in 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle chips, nuts and coconut in pan (in that order). Pour milk over pan. Bake 25 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cool, cut into squares.
6: Spritz Cookies
7: Ingredients: 1 C. Margarine 1/2 C Shortening 1 1/2 C Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla | Directions: 1. In a large mixing bowl cream together margarine & shortening. 2. Add sugar gradually, beat until creamy and smooth, about 3 minutes. 3. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract. 4. In second bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. 5. Add flour mixture gradually to creamed mixture. Mix well after each addition. 6. Assemble and fill Cookie Press. Press cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet. 7. Decorate with sprinkles 8. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes. 9. Remove to cooling rack. | 1/2 tsp Almond Extract 4 C. Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt
8: Sugar Cookies
9: Ingredients: 1 C. Shortening 2 C. White Sugar 2 Eggs 1.5 C Milk 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 T Lemon Extract 1 T Vanilla 5 C Flour | Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. 3. Mix in milk, soda, salt, lemon extract, vanilla and flour. 4. Roll very thin, almost paper thin. 5. Cut out with your favorite cookie cutters. 6. Bake for 5 minutes or until edges are golden. 7. Cool and decorate with butter cream icing. and sprinkles.
10: Chinese New Years Cookies
11: Ingredients: 6 oz Chocolate Chips 6 oz Butterscotch 1 Can Chinese Noodles 1 Can 7 1/4 Oz Salted Peanuts (No Husks) Directions: 1. Melt Chocolate& Butterscotch pieces in a double broiler. 2. Mix in Noodles & Nuts 3. Stir into melted mixture. 4. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper and let chill.
12: Buckeye's | Ingredients: 1 Stick Margarine 1 Lb. Confectioners Sugar 1.5 C Peanut Butter (12 oz) 1 tsp. Vanilla 12 oz Choc. Chips 2 T. Shortening
13: Directions: 1. Mix together all ingredients except Chocolate Chips & Shortening. 2. Shape into balls. 3. Chill for 1 hour. 4. Melt Choc. Chips & Shortening in double boiler. 5. Dip the Peanut Butter Balls into the Chocolate with a Toothpick. 6. Let cool on Wax Paper.
14: Puppy Chow
15: Ingredients: 9 C Chex Cereal 1 C Chocolate Chips 1/2 C Peanut Butter 1/4 C Butter 1/4 tsp Vanilla 1 -1/2 C Confectioners Sugar | Directions: Measure cereal into a large bowl. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over Chex cereal to coat Put into a large plastic bag with powdered sugar and shake well to coat. Spread mixture evenly on wax paper and allow to cool.
16: Andes Mint Cookies
17: Ingredients: .75 C Margarine 1.5 C Brown Sugar 2 T Water 12 oz. Chocolate Chips 2 Eggs 2.5 C Flour .75 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1 Box Andes Mint Candies | Directions | 1. In a large pan over low heat, cook butter, sugar and water until butter is melted. Add chocolate chips and stir until partially melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into a large bowl and let stand 10 minutes to cool off slightly. 2. # At high speed, beat in eggs, one at a time into chocolate mixture. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredients, beating until blended. Chill dough about 1 hour. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees then spread the mint on top of the cookie. | 4. Roll dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. While cookies are baking unwrap mints and divide each in half. When cookies are brought out of the oven, put 1/2 mint on top of each cookie. Let the mint sit for up to 5 minutes until melted, then spread the mint on top of the cookie.
18: No Bake Cookies
19: Ingredients | Directions | 2 C Sugar 1/3 C Cocoa 1/2 C Milk 1 Stick Margarine | In large saucepan combine Sugar, Cocoa, Milk & Margarine. Bring mixture to a boil, let boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Add Vanilla, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered Wax Paper. Chill until firm. | 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 C Peanut Butter 3 C Oatmeal (3 minute type)
20: Ingredients: 3/4 C Margarine 2 Eggs 1 1/3 C Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 2 1/4 C Flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 C M&M's (plain)
21: M&M Cookies 2 Dozen | Directions: Cream Butter & Sugar until light & fluffy. Add Eggs & Vanilla In a small bowl combine Flour, Soda & Salt. Gradually add flour mixture to margarine mixture, mix well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes at 350, Cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes. Remove & Cool on Wire Rack.
22: Anise Seed Cookies | INGREDIENTS: 3 Eggs 1 1/2 C Sugar 1 1/2 C Flour 2 T Anise Seed | DIRECTIONS: 1. Cream together the Eggs & Sugar. 2. Add the Flour & Anise Seed. 3. Beat well. 4. Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet, 5. Bake 15-20 Minutes at 325. 6. Let cool for 2 Hours
23: DIRECTIONS: 1. Melt Butter then stir in all remaining ingredients except Conf. Sugar. 2. Drop by 1/2 teaspoon about 3 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet, then press flat with spatula. 3. Bake 5-7 minutes at 375 until edges are golden brown. 4. Let stand 1 minute before removing from pan. 5. Remove carefully with large spatula. Cookies will be very thin & lacy. Sprinkle with Confectioners Sugar when cool. Yields: 1 1/2 Dozen | Lace Snowflake Cookies | INGREDIENTS: 1/2 C. Margarine 1/2 C. Sugar 1/3 C. Sifted AP Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 C . Quick Rolled Oats 2 T. Milk 1 tsp. Vanilla Confectioners Sugar as needed.
25: Peanut Butter Blossoms | Ingredients: 3/4 C. Peanut Butter 1/2 C. Shortening 1/3 C. Brown Sugar 1/3 C White Sugar 1 Egg 2 T. Milk | 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 1/2 C Flour 1/2 T Salt 1 tsp. Baking Soda 48 Hershey Kisses | Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375F. Remove wrappers from chocolates. 2. Beat shortening and peanut butter in large bowl until well blended. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture. 3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate into center of each cookie; cookie will crack around edges. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 dozen cookies.
26: Kay Bars | Ingredients: 1 C Sugar 6 oz. Butterscotch Morsels 6 oz. Chocolate Chips 1 C Chunky Peanut Butter 1 C Light Corn Syrup 5 C Special K Cereal
27: Directions: Combine Sugar & Syrup in saucepan Cook over low heat until sugar dissolves. Stir in peanut butter & cereal. Pour into greased 9x11 inch pan. Melt chips in saucepan over low heat. Spread over cookies and cool.
