1: The faces of Avon belong to all of us!
2: Women have always known where to go for the latest trends and tried and true favorites.
3: Whether they are searching for a signature scent or the latest in lip color, Avon has been there for women through the years.
4: Today, Avon products are known around the world and count women, men and young people as their customers.
5: Now, Avon will draw from the success of it's past and look to it's employees and customers for direction in the future.
6: What make-up trends are timeless. . .what will women want in the future? It's simple. . .just ask!
7: Branch out. . .serve those with unique cosmetic needs, such as those wanting extra coverage for birthmarks, rosacea or other issues.
8: Be out and about in the community. . .remind people Avon is still the #1 quality product!
9: Visit senior citizen homes and groups and retirement complexes. These people were some of Avon's first loyal customers. Do make-overs, offer products, set up opportunities for the golden generation to buy on a scheduled basis.
10: Give a salute to those in the military. . .add a lip balm to care packages. . .visit bases for make-up sessions and chances to buy products on the spot.
11: College spirit. . .set up a kiosk in a student center; recruit students wanting to make extra money selling Avon on campus; give a new grad the chance to become an entrepreneur.
12: Roll on. . .to small towns and big cities. . .state fairs and local festivals. . .strip malls and shopping megaplexes! Outfit an 18-wheeler for people to tour through. . .see a history of Avon, talk to consultants, buy products on the spot.
13: Last, but not least, Avon and it's customers need to remember one thing. . .be true to yourself, be yourself. That's what true beauty is all about!
