Where have you traveled? | My grandfather walks everyday with his dog on the beach, he goes to yoga classes twice a week,he takes English classes, he goes fishing, reads the newspaper on the web everyday, and he watches soccer all day every sunday. * Activity Theory*
6: What are some of the biological changes that you've had to deal with? | "My physical appearance of course. Your body doesn't allow you to do things that you used to do, You start walking slower. You feel pain in your joints. I have arthritis and use special gloves at times to help me do certain things" | "I feel pretty good for the most part, because i try to stay active on a regular day basis. I've had problems with my prostate i think that with age your character changes, become less patient, etc."
7: What would you tell the younger generation about aging? | " Accept aging, embrace it and know is natural. don't be afraid to get old, because every stage of life happens for a reason." | "Keep searching for meaning in life, because you learn something new everyday. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and strive to achieve all your goals in life so you can leave a legacy"
