FC: The Black Truck
When I was a little girl, my parents were very over protective, especially my dad. He would never let me go down the street alone to my favorite park. He would always say ,“You are a very special little girl, and there are many freaks in this world that would love to take you and make you be their daughter.” Now I am fourteen with more freedom but more freaks and more danger.
It was a hot summer day and I was walking to my friend Kirsten's house. I was alone which meant my dad was nervous and begging me to just stay home and have her come to my house. I was almost there so there was no way I was turning back now. Sure enough I got to her house safe and sound and we had a fantastic time.
Now it was time to get home to my brother who was there patiently waiting for me to arrive. On my way home, I had this weird feeling like I was being watched. I ignored that feeling and continued to walk.
A really weird -looking truck went by me. It stood out because its license plate number was my brothers’ initials followed by the year I was born , cad1997. Next thing I know ,the black truck came around again. I was beginning to become suspicious, then I came to the conclusion maybe he is lost. It came around once more. Only this time when it came up behind me ,it slowed down and followed me a little bit.
When another car came by, ,the truck pulled in the driveway in front of me. I ran around it and went into a random yard and went on their porch. He assumed that was my house so he hurriedly pulled out and zoomed down the street. When I could barely see the truck anymore I ran home as fast as I could.
When I got home my brother asked me why I was breathing so heavily so explained my situation to him. Now when ever I go walking anywhere I take my dog with me
I apologized to my dad for always getting an attitude with him he was just trying to make sure i was safe but i was being rude.
My dad cares about me, maybe a little too much sometimes, but at least I have people who love and care about me in my life.
 THE END
