2: The Holocene epoch ranges approximately 10,000 years ago until present day. The epoch had many animals, some of them became extinct, some of them survived. The warming climate resulted in poleward migration of plants and animals. The Holocene epoch had the last ice ages which lead to migration of animals and plants. | Introduction
4: animals | Holocene epoch had many extinctions like: plants and animals including mammal, bird's amphibian reptiles and arthropods. A sizable fraction of these extinctions occurred in the rainforest between 1500 and 2009, 875 extinctions happened in the Holocene epoch. Some of the results of extinctions maybe: animals fighting for water, food and shelter just to survive.
6: plants | Plants in the Holocene. Plants became extinct because of global warming. Animals need food, so some animals eat the plant because they are vegetarian. So the plants couldn't spread their seeds so it lead to extinctions of many unseen plants.
8: climate | Thanks to warming period, human survived in the Holocene epoch, it is possible to observe that the warm environment prevails over the cooling fluctuations. When the measure is 6c, it means the temperature is hot. Some periods had weathers which was extreme cool such as a glacier period that happened 8,000 years ago. It is also known as the little ice age which happened between 1500 and 1830 A D.
