2: Two and a half years ago entered the sweetest girl in the school, who we didn't realize at first but she turned out to be really cool. She was so quiet and so kind, and when she didn't get her way she really didn't mind. we didn't get a chance to know her well at first, but now her presence quenches our thirst. in running races boy is she quick, and is skinny of course she is a stick. how many talents she has we realized straight away, and her smile always knows how to brighten up our day. a sweet girl like Rebecca is quite impossible to find and her poetry always amazes us and blows our minds! at gymnastics WOW is she a pro and when she does her backbends boy does she go low. finding out that this lovely girl is moving away, i was so shocked and upset i had no idea what to say! Rebecca we love you and we will always Love you forever and we hope that very soon we will be back together. we are so sad to see you go, but just before you leave, think we'll forget you oh no! Love Rivka
3: Cook Time: 25 minutesTotal Time: 25 minutesIngredients:DOUGH:7 ounces (200 grams) butter8 ounces (250 grams) cream cheese1/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour CHOCOLATE FILLING:1 tablespoon cocoa1 tablespoon cinnamon1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup grated bitter-sweet chocolate butter, melted TOPPING:1 egg1/4 cup sugar | Preparation: 1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add flour and mix lightly. Refrigerate dough for an hour or more. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3. Divide the dough into four balls. On a floured surface, using a floured rolling pin, roll one ball out into a circle until about 1/8 inch thick. 4. In a small bowl, mix the first four filling ingredients together (cocoa, cinnamon, sugar, grated chocolate). Spread some melted butter on the center of the circle. Sprinkle the chocolate mixture on top. 5. Cut the pastry into pie-shaped wedges. For bite-size and nice looking Rugelach, the thick end of the wedge should about an 1 to 1 1/2 inch wide. 6. Start at the wide edge of the wedge and roll the dough up toward the point. 7. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place each pastry, seam side down, on the paper. 8. Brush each pastry with the egg and sugar. 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. TIPS: 1. Using too much filling leads to messy looking Rugelach. 2. A pizza cutter makes it easier to cut the dough into pie-shaped wedges. 3. If you don't want to use parchment paper, you can spray the cookie sheets with non-stick spray. 4. After rolling the dough up and placing on the parchment paper, you can stick them in your freezer. When you need fresh Rugelach, take them right from the freezer into the oven and add a few minutes to the baking time.

6: LOVE: Leah Aharon | Three years ago We both to join the show, To laugh and go crazy, Luna Park was amazing, And we shared our first laughs, But we were still so young like two little calves. When our trip was up i was soon to discover that our future was being carved around each other, And two months later you turned up at my school, To see that we were all such fools, To let us walk past without turning our heads, We never realized how awesome you were, Until you showed your true glowing fur, When i look at you i see your true beauty, Inside and out you are a sweety, Your as fast as a lion but still considerate and kind, But still i looked for your twin whom was impossible to find! And your poetry wow is it a blast! And so i know your talent will always last! You are rare and unique but still modest and shy, and i am sure you make the most beautiful pie You are loving and it is sad to see you go, But i know that i will always miss you so.

17: I’m sad that you will no longer be in our class, I’m sad that I won’t be able to hear your laugh. You’re the brightest star that lights up the night sky and no one ever asks why. You’re the sweetest girl that I know and you are the star of our YR 8 show. This poem is for you, to start you in your new life at a new school just like we helped you do. Dear Rebecca, I can’t believe that you are going to Israel away from your home here at KTC and us YR 8! I hope that you will remember that we are not just friend and a support system for you, but we are also a family, a family who cares for one another and never lets other people strike down at anyone’s weaknesses. From the start you were the quiet one in the back of the classroom not sure of the new people you were surrounded with, we took you in and helped you to understand the new ways of this school. Now 2 years later you are no longer the quiet girl in the back of the classroom and you are no longer the shy little girl, you are a strong, good hearted women who is not afraid to speak up for her self. Rebecca when you go to Israel NEVER forget the friends you will have FOREVER in KTC. Luv you always Rebecca XOXOXOXO Ellie Foxy
