Mesopotamia has a city-state government. | 5. Mesopotamia is polytheistic, which means they believed in more than one God. 6. Mesopotamia follows Hammurabi's code. 7. Sumerians invented the wheel, the sail, the plow and were among the 1st to use bronze.
