1: Table of Contents Appetizers Main Dish Side Dishes Desserts Christmas | Our Message | In all likelihood there isn't a woman out there that wouldn't trade in her daily grind of washing dishes or fixing the next meal for the fantasy life of Cinderella, or in this case Esther. We learn through the years that with each dish we wash or each face we wipe, we make choices. It's not always easy being a woman. Just as Esther made the choice to face death personally and fight for her nation that was condemned to die. Her bold choice gives each of us the courage to take the next step knowing that only God knows our future. We wish to encourage you through this cookbook to not only do your daily tasks with a Godly heart, but to do so for the glory | of God. Let this book inspire you through the food that nourishes your body, the bible verses that touch you personally, and the quotes that lead spiritually. God has a plan for each one of us. 2: Appetizers | Black Bean Dip | 1 can of black beans (drained & rinsed) 1 medium tub of sour cream 1 package of fiesta ranch dressing mix 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 can of rotel Tomatoes (drained) or 1 cup of salsa Mix the above ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips! | Peanut Butter Apple Dip 1/4 to 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 1/4 to 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping Just be sure to use equal parts. 1-2 Tbs. milk Mix together until smooth. Dip apple wedges. | Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers 1 package (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix 1/2 tsp. dill weed 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional) 5 cups plain oyster crackers - 1 12 oz package Mix & pour over crackers- stir. Bake 250 for 15-20 minutes. Stir halfway through baking. | Cast your cares on the Lord, and He will sustain you. | Psalm 55:22

3: Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips | Fruit Salsa 1 pint of Strawberries 3 Apples 3 Kiwi(Optional) | Cinnamon Chips Tortilla Shells Cooking Spray Cinnamon Sugar | Spray tortillas on both sides with cooking spray. Cut into triangles & shake in cinnamon & sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. | Blend in Food Processor. May add sugar to personal taste. | The fruit of the spirit is love, joy and peace. Galatians 5:22

4: HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 2- 14 ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained One 8-ounce blk cream cheese, 1 cup mayo, Cayenne pepper, 2 green onions, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, ground pepper & salt Add one can artichokes, cream cheese & mayo to food processor (or simply chop & stir together), Sprinkle cayenne pepper to taste & add onions. Mix in parmesan cheese, pepper and a little salt. Next, roughly chop artichokes from 2nd can, add to mixture, pour into oven safe dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 until heated through and bubbly. 5: Love the Lord your God with all your heart Matthew 22:36 | Main Dish | Enchiladas 2 pounds browned hamburger Sauce 1 can refried beans 1 1|2 cups salsa Tortilla shells 12 oz sour cream Mexican flavoredCheese 1 tsp cumin 1 can cream of chicken soup Brown hamburger, add refried beans. Put about 1/2 cup meat mixture and some cheese in tortilla, place crease down in pan. To make sauce, mix all sauce ingredients together in sauce pan and warm. Pour over tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

6: Beef and Sweet Potato Stew 1 1/4 pounds lean stew meat 1 Med. onion coarsely chopped. 2 med sweet potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/2 in. thick 1-14 oz can beef broth 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 pint tomatoes 2 Tbs. olive oil Put olive oil in 4 quart pan. Add meat and brown. Add the onion, sweet potatoes, cayenne pepper and broth. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for about an hour, or long enough to cook potatoes down to thicken the soup. Just before serving add the tomatoes and bring heat back up to boiling. Serve with fresh bread or bread sticks or fresh corn bread. | Corn Bread 1 Cup flour 1-2 Tbs. sugar 1 Tbs baking powder 2 eggs 1 Cup cornmeal 1 Cup milk 3 Tbs. oil Mix all together. Put batter in a greased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cut and serve warm with butter, honey, or syrup. | Cone Lord Jesus, be our guest. Let these gifts to us be blessed. Amen

7: CAVETELLI A one pound bag of shell macaroni. 2 pounds of hamburger onion and green pepper chopped 1 small can sliced mushrooms 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 1-can of cream of mushroom soup 1-48 oz. jar spaghetti sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Cook shells until tender. Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, soup, and mushrooms. Line a 9x13 pan with half of the shells, then a layer of half of the meat sauce, repeating , ending with meat on the top. Bake 45-55- minutes in a 350 oven. Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more. | Cheeseburger Soup | 1 lbs ground beef 1/4 c. flour 4 c. diced potatoes 3/4 c. chopped onion 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed (2 C.) 3/4 c. shredded carrots 1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. chopped celery 3/4 tsp. salt 4T butter or margarine divided 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. sour cream Brown the beef and drain and set aside. In the same pan, saute onion, carrots and celery in 1 Tbl butter until vegetables are tender about 10 minutes. Add broth, potatoes and beef; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, until potatoes are tender. In small pan, melt remaining butter, add flour, cook and stir for 3-5 minutes or until bubbly. Add to soup and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Makes a fairly small batch, may need to double for a large family.

8: Homestyle Tuna Pot Pie | 1 package refrigerated pie crusts 1 can Solid White or Chunk Light tuna, drained and chunked 1 package frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup 1/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning salt and pepper to taste Line 9-inch pie pan with one crust; set aside. Reserve second crust. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour tuna mixture into pie shell; top with second crust. Crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in top crust to vent. Bake in 375 oven 45 to 50 minutes. | "God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance." St. Paul

9: Oven Fried Potatoes 4 lg baking potatoes, unpeeled 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1-2 T Parmeson Cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 paprika 1/8 tsp pepper Wash potatoes& cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingrediants & brush on potatoes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Continue brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals. | Li'l Cheddar Meat Loaves 1 egg 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 tsp salt 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lb ground beef 2/3 c. ketchup 1/2 c. brown sugar 1-1/2 tsp prepared mustard | Oven Fried Potatoes 4 lg baking potatoes, unpeeled 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1-2 T Parmeson Cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 paprika 1/8 tsp pepper Wash potatoes & cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients & brush on potatoes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Continue brushing with oil/cheese mixture at 15 minute intervals. | In a bowl, beat the egg & milk. Stir in cheese, oatmeal, onion, salt. Add beef & mix well. Shape into eight loaves; place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over loaves. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

10: SALMON CHOWDER 1 15 oz can salmon, drained, save liquid 5 slices bacon, browned and chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 4 c. diced potatoes 1 10 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables 4 c. water 2 chicken bullion cubes 1 13 oz can evaporated milk 1 can cream style corn black pepper and salt to taste Brown bacon and cook onion in grease. Add water, veggies, and bullion, cook until tender. Drain, ( de-bone, de-skin -don't keep) and flake the salmon. Add the salmon and the liquid to the veggies. Add cream corn and milk. Warm through. Serve. *Corn bread goes well with this soup. | ...she provides food for her family... Proverbs 31:15

12: Chicken Spaghetti | 1 cut up fryer chicken or 4 to 5 chicken breast 1 pound spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces 1 -4-ounce jar diced pimientos, drained 2 cans cream mushroom soup 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 small onion 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1 tsp seasoned salt, black pepper to taste cayenne pepper to taste Add chicken to a stock pot, Cover with water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, simmer until chicken is cooked, about 25 minutes. Next, remove chicken from water using tongs, set aside. Remove 2 cups of broth from pot and set aside. Bring the remaining broth back to a boil, add spaghetti, cook it al dente. Next, drain spaghetti, discard liquid, set aside. Remove chicken from bones and cut into bite-size chunks. Dice vegetables,. Place cooked spaghetti in large bowl, add cream of mushroom soup. and 2 cups cheese,2 then add onion, green pepper and pimiento. Add seasoned salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper, then add chicken and broth. Stir together well, pour mixture into large baking pan, top with remaining cheese, bake for 35-45 minutes at 350. LET GO AND LET GOD | I asked Jesus, "How much do You love me?" "This much." He answered. Then He stretched out His arms and died.

13: COMFORT MEATBALLS | Meatballs: 1 1/2 pounds beef, 3/4 cup quick oats, 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons minced onion, 1 1/2 tsp salt, ground black pepper, 4 tablespoons vegtable oil, 1/2 cup flour Sauce: 1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 4 to 6 tablespoons minced onion | In a bowl combine beef and oats. Pour in milk, then add diced onion, salt & pepper and stir to combine. Roll mixture into tablespoon-size balls and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes to firm. Next, dredge meatballs in flour. Brown the meatballs in batches until light brown. As they brown, place them into a baking dish. Stir together the sauce ingredients and drizzle the sauce evenly on the meatballs. Bake for about 45 minutes Serve to very hungry individuals! | The Lord is Great

14: MACARONI AND CHEESE 4 cups dry macaroni 2 heaping teaspoons dry mustard 1 egg, beaten 1 pound cheddar or desired cheese 1/4 cup butter 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 2 1/2 cups whole milk 1 tsp black pepper Here we go...! Kids of all ages love this stuff... so enjoy Cook the macaroni until very firm. It should be to firm to eat right out of the pot. In a small bowl beat the egg. Preheat oven to 350 and butter a large oval or rectangular baking dish. Next, in a large pot, melt the butter and sprinkle with flour. Whisk it together over medium -low heat. Cook for 5 minutes, whisking constantly. Don't let it burn. Pour in the milk Add the mustard and whisk until smooth. Cook for 5 minutes or until very thick, reduce heat to low. To temper the eggs, slowly pour 1/4 cup of the sauce into beaten egg, whisking constantly until smooth. Pour egg mixture into the sauce. Add in all but half cup of the cheese and stir until melted. Add the seasonings and more if needed. Pour in the cooked, drained macaroni and stir. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. | “God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.”

15: Country Skillet 1 pkg. kielbasa 1/2 c. onion 1 T oil 1-1/2 c. water 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp pepper 1 pkg frozen broccoli 1 c. rice 1/4 c. parmesan cheese | Cook kielbasa & onion in oil until browned. Combine water, soup, & spices. Add to meat, then add broccoli. Bring to a boil. Add rice, cover, and remove from heat. for 5-7 minutes. or until rice is cooked. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. | "But blessed is the woman who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in her." Jeremiah 17:7 | 2 cups biscuit/baking mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup cold water 2 T chopped green chiles 1/4 cup melted butter 1 tsp dried parsley flakes 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder In a bowl combine biscuit mix, cheese, water, and chilies just until moistened. Drop by heaping tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients & brush over warm biscuits. | Italian Drop Biscuits

16: Beef Nacho Casserole | 2 lbs. browned hamburger 1 - 12 oz. jar salsa 1 C Corn 3/4 C Salad dressing ( Miracle Whip) 1 Tbl Chili powder 2 C crushed tortilla chips 1 C shredded cheese Mix hamburger, salsa, corn, salad dressing & chili powder together. In a 9x13 layer 1/2 the meat mixture, 1 C crushed tortilla chips, & 1/2 C shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives & Cheese. | At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lightened the flame within us. | Be still & Know that I am God

Ernest Holmes | Sunday Morning Brunch 6 eggs beaten 1 can mushroom soup 2 cups milk 2- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 lbs Bacon or sausage fried salt & pepper to taste 5 slices bread (cubed) you can remove crust Place the cubed bread into a greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Beat eggs, add soup, milk, cheese, meat and mix together. Pour over bread, bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350. HELPFUL HINT: MAY REFRIGETRATE OVER NIGHT Oven Eggs 1 1/2 dozen eggs, beaten 1-2 lbs hash browns 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups milk 2 tsp pepper 2 cups shredded cheese 2 c. chopped ham or sausage 1/2 cup chopped onion and green pepper Spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Spread hash browns in the bottom of the pan. Beat eggs. Add milk & season. Pour over potatoes. Add meat & onion/peppers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

18: BRANDING DAY BEANS 1/2 lb. bacon 1 lb. hamburger 1 C diced onion 2 T vinegar 1/2 C br. sugar 1/2 C sugar 2 T mustard 1 C catsup 1 can lima beans 1 can kidney beans 1 can pork and beans Brown bacon and break into small pieces. Add hamburger and brown. Add all remaining ingredients. Place in slow cooker and cook on high until bubbly, reduce heat simmer for 30 min. and serve. *Double for branding crew. | "Blessed are those who can give without remembering and take without forgetting." | Side Dishes

19: Peas in Cheese Sauce 4-1/2 tsp butter 4-1/2 tsps flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp white pepper 1-1/2 cups milk 3/4 cup cubed velvetta cheese 2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen peas, thawed In a large sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the cheese; stir until melted. Stir in peas, cook 1-2 minutes or until heated. | Broccoli Corn Casserole 1/2 cup melted butter 1 box chicken & biscuit crackers(crushed) 1 bag frozen broccoli 1 can cream corn 1 can corn(drained) Mix crackers & butter. Reserve 1/2. Add corn & broccoli. Mix. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

20: CORN SALAD 2 cans whole kernel corn, drain 1 C. mayonnaise 1 small can sliced black olives 1/2 C. chopped green peppers 1/2 C. chopped sweet red peppers 1/4 C. chopped red onion 1 C. grated cheddar cheese 1 bag Chili Cheese Fritos, crushed. Mix everything except chips and refrigerate. Just before serving, put the chips on top. | Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil--it has no point. | Garlic Mashed Potatoes 8-10 Potatotes 6 ounce cream cheese, softened 8 ounce sour cream 2-5 T. butter Garlic salt to taste Fill a large sauce pan with enough water to cover potatoes. Peel and cut potatoes and place in pan. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain water and mash your potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and mix together. Place pats of butter on potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

21: PEACHY CREAM PARFAIT 1- 14-16 oz. can diced peaches 1- 3 oz box peach JellO 1- pint vanilla ice cream, softened Drain the peaches saving the syrup. Add enough water to the syrup to make 1 cup, bring to a boil. Add to JellO powder stirring to dissolve. Add the ice cream, stirring to fully melt. Add the dice peaches, and refrigerate until set. | Tips from the Heart * Use Wire rack to double your refrigerator shelf space * Freeze muffin batter in paper muffin cups in advance. Save in freezer bag until ready to bake * Cover tomato based casseroles with wax paper before tin foil to avoid acid eating away at tin foil * Don't cut apples pieces too thin when you are using fresh apples. Larger chunks will hold together and have more apple flavor. *Soup Salty: Place a raw peeled potato in the bowl, it will absorb the extra salt. *Marshmallows won't dry out when frozen * Put slice of bread in cookie jar to keep cookies moist

22: Pleasant words are Like A honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. ~Proverbs 16:24 | Chocolate Caramel Bars 2/3 c. evaporated milk, separated 1 bag of caramels German Chocolate Cake mix 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. chocolate or white chocolate chips Mix 1/3 c. evaporated milk & caramels over low heat. Mix cake mix, 1/3 c. milk & butter. Spread 1/2 the cake mix on bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Sprinkle on 1/2 of chocolate chips. Pour on caramel. Top with remaining cake mix. Bake for 15 minutes.

23: BUTTERY CRANBERRY SCONES 2 C flour 1/4 C sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C cold butter 3/4 C buttermilk/sour milk* 1/2 C vanilla or white chips 1/2 C dried cranberries In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk until just moistened. Turn onto floured surface. Add chips and cranberries, kneading about 10 times. Pat dough into a greased 9 inch spring form pan. Cut into 8 wedges, but do not separate. Bake at 400 for 15-20minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Remove sides of pan; cut into wedges. Serve warm *Add 1 T vinegar to sweet milk to use in place of the buttermilk. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord. COLOSSIANS 3:23

24: Snickerdoodles | 1/2 Cup butter or margarine (soft) 2 3/4 Cups flour 1/2 Cup Crisco Shortening 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 Cups sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt Heat oven to 375. Mix butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Roll in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake 8-10 minutes. Makes 3 dozen. | TRIPLE LAYER BARS 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c powdered sugar 3/4 c cold margarine. cut together, press into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or a light golden brown. Layer on and press down: 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chocolate chips, 1 c. chopped walnuts. Drizzle a 13 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk over all and bake again at 350 for 25-30 minutes. | He must increase, but I must decrease. John 3:30

25: Chocolate Crazy Cake 3 cups flour 2 Tbl Vinegar 6 Tablespoons Coco 2 cups cold water 1 tsp. salt 3/4 cup oil 2 cups sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda Preheat oven 350. Mix all dry ingredients, then stir in liquids. Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes. This is a moist & great tasting cake. | Love for God can be measured by the love we show for our worst enemy. | Chocolate Chip Frosting | 1 1/3 Cup Sugar 6 Tbl Butter 6 Tbl milk Boil 3 minutes - stir the whole time. Remove from heat Add in 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips stir until thickens. | Eclair Dessert | Bottom Layer 1 cup water *1 cup flour * 1 stick margarine * 4 eggs Boil water and margarine. Add flour & stir until it leaves side of pan. Add eggs one at a time, beating by hand until mixed. Spread in a large 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Cool. Filling: 8 oz. Cream Cheese * 3 C milk * 2 small pkgs chocolate instant pudding (or your preferred flavor) Beat Cream Cheese and cold milk till smooth. Add pudding and mix well. Pour over crust. Topping: 1 - 9 0z. Cool whip * Chocolate syrup Spread with Cool whip. Drizzle with syrup. Refrigerate.

26: 1 8 oz. cream cheese-softened 1/2 C. oil 1 18 oz. yellow butter cake mix 1 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs-beaten 2 tsp. vanilla 2 C. fresh or frozen blueberries Pre-heat oven to 325F. Lightly spray a 9 inch tube or bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with flour. Combine cream cheese and oil in a medium bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cake mix and pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until blended. Fold in blueberries...batter will be thick. Spoon batter into pan, bake 60 min. Cool on wire rack for 20 min. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. May sprinkle with powder sugar. | Blueberry Creamcheese Poundcake

27: "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." ~George Bernard Shaw | Angel Sugar Cookie | 1 cup vegetable or canola oil 2 large eggs 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 4 cups plus 2 tablespoons flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cream of tartar To make dough, in a large mixing bowl, cream together the eggs, oil, butter, sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the balls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Smear a dab of butter on the bottom of a glass, then dip it in sugar. Use the glass to flatten the balls of dough, dipping again into the sugar each time. Repeat until all are flattened. 28: White Velvet Cutout Cookies | Cookie Ingredients 2 c butter 8 oz cream cheese 2 c sugar 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 4 1/2 c flour | Cream butter & cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla & mix well. Gradually add flour. Cover & chill for 2 hours. Roll on floured surface until 1/4 inch thick. Cut out cookies and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown. | Frosting Ingredients 3 1/2 c powdered sugar 3 T butter 1 T shortening 1/2 tsp vanilla 3-4 T milk | Combine 1-1/2 c. sugar with butter, shortening & vanilla. Gradually add remaining sugar & milk. Beat until fluffy.

29: Haystacks | 1/2 c. butter 1 pkg. caramels 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 pkg large marshmallows Rice Krispies Toothpicks | Heat butter, caramels, sweetened condensed milk. Insert toothpick in end of marshmallow, roll in caramel, and then in Rice Krispies. | Joy | Peace | Caramel Heavenlies 12 graham crackers 2 c. mini marshmallows 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 c. almonds(sliced) 1 c. coconut | Line cookie sheet with tin foil. Place graham crackers in pan & cover with marshmallows. Cook and stir butter, sugar, & cinnamon until dissolved. Stir in vanilla. Pour over marshmallows. Sprinkle with almonds & coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Cool & cut into 2 inch squares & then triangles.
