FC: STRESSFUL SITUATIONS
1: Some situations that might cause you to have stress are if you have a test or quiz and forgot to study for it, or if you're playing in a game and the score is really close.
3: Some ways your body might respond to stressful situations is that you might get really tired from stressing so much or your hair might start turning gray really fast or falling out.
4: Some consequences of being stressed in a given situation are that you might flip out on someone and not mean to | Another is you do really bad on a test because you forget everything you studied.
6: Some ways I can prevent stress from having a negative impact on my life are to pray about it, to forget about a situation that happened with a person and forgive that person for whatever they did | Another way is learn that everything isn't going to go the way I want them to and trust that God has a bigger plan than what I want to happen
