1: Dear Stephanie and Alex, We are so excited for you to start a new chapter in your life together. Enjoy the small moments together! We gathered our favorites recipes for you to enjoy. Love, Your family and friends

2: You will need:: 1 cup Parmesan Cheese 1 8oz pkg. Mozzarella Cheese 1 8oz pkg. Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Mayo 1 pkg. chopped Spinach 1 8oz. Cottage Cheese 1 can Artichoke Hearts (cut up) Mix all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite crackers. 3: Tricia's Walnut and Blue Cheese Grapes | Ingredients: 1/4 cup (2 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature 1/4 cup (2 oz) blue cheese, at room temperature 1/4 cup heavy cream 18-20 seedless red grapes chilled 1 cup (4 oz) finely chopped walnuts, toasted (see cook's note) 2 Tbs. sugar 2 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley Line a small baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside. In a food processor, blend together the cream cheese, blue cheese, and heavy cream until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add grapes and stir until coated with the cheese mixture. In another small bowl, mix together the walnuts, sugar and parsley. Using a fork, transfer the grapes, one at a time to the walnut mixture, and gently roll until coated. Place the grapes on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours and serve. Cook's note: To toast the walnuts, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

4: Ingredients: 3 avocodos, peeled and mashed 1 lime, juiced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup diced onion 3 Tbs. chopped cilantro 2 plum tomatoes, diced 1 Tbs. minced garlic 1 pinch cayenne pepper In a medium bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice and salt. Mix in onion, tomatoes, salt and cilantro. Stir in cayenne pepper and refrigerate! | Party Guacamole

5: Ingredients: 1 cup mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 (8oz) cream cheese 4 cooked chicken breasts, chopped up 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 12 oz. shredded cheese 1 can chopped green chilies jalepenos Combine and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. | Amanda's Disappearing Chicken Dip

6: Linda's Pumpkin Nut Bread | Ingredients: 2 cups of sugar 4 eggs 1 1/4 cups of vegetable oil 1 pound of pumpkin can 3 cups of flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 cup chopped nuts Preheat over to 350 degrees. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs together. In a casserole, mix dry ingredients. Then mix in the oil mixture. Put into 2 pans and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Enjoy, Love Mom

7: Molly's Large Family Banana Bread | Stephanie, I hope you are a better baker than me, but I know this recipe has been one of the greatest gifts from my mother in law. Cream together the following: 3 ripe bananas 1 cup sugar 3 Tbs. butter Add: 1 1/2 cups of flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup chopped nuts Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees

8: Ingredients: 1/2 cup softened butter 1 cup mashed bananas 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup walnuts (optional) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp. salt In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla and bananas and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. 9: Mary Unbelievable Zucchini Bread | Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups zucchini-grated and raw 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 cups flour Mix altogether and bake in a greased pan at 325 degrees for 60-75 minutes. Don't over bake! (Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir and add zucchini, stir again. Then add rest of ingredients. Stir lightly just to mix.) Love Mom

10: Aunt Sue's Marshmallow Salad | You will need: 2 cups of mandarin oranges 2 cups of shredded coconut 2 cups of miniature marshmallows 2 cups of sour cream crushed nuts and dates (optional) Mix well and chill for one hour before serving. Enjoy!

11: Amanda's Berry Pine Nut Chicken Salad | Dressing: 3 Tbs. red wine vinegar 2 Tbs. seedless raspberry jam 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup olive oil 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper Salad: 1/4 cup pine nuts 1/4 small red onion 1 bag Boston Lettuce blend 8 oz. sugar snap peas 1 cup blueberries or strawberries 1 lb. cooked chicken For dressing, combine vinegar, jam and mustard mix well, then add salt, oil and pepper. Mix again. For salad, place pine nuts into a small sauce pan and toast over medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Remove and let cool. Thinly slice chicken breast, onion and slice sugar snap peas. Combine and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.

12: Paula's Classic Waldorf Salad | You will need: 2 cups diced apples 1/2 cup broken walnuts 1 cup diced celery 1/2 cup raisins (optional) 1/4 cup miracle whip 1 Tbs. sugar 1/2 tsp. lemon juice dash of salt 1/2 cup whipped cream, whipped Combine apples, celery walnuts and raisins. Blend miracle whip, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Fold into the apple mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Enjoy!

13: Ingredients: 1 bag of spinach 1/2 cup of walnuts 1 can of Mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 cup of Parmesan 1/2 cup diced strawberries Olive Oil Honey-Balsamic Dressing: 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 tsp. honey pinch of salt and pepper Grated zest of orange juice of 1/2 orange 1/2 cup of light olive oil In a large bowl, place the spinach, orange, walnuts and strawberries and toss. Pour dressing over salad to give a light flavor. To make dressing, whisk together all ingredients except olive oil until smooth. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified. | Heather's Spinach and Mandarin Salad

14: Heather's "Better than Nashville's" BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich | Rub: 2 Tbsp. each kosher salt, brown sugar and chili powder. 1 Tbsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Sandwiches: 5 lb. boneless pork shoulder 1 onion 1 cup BBQ sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth Kaiser rolls Combine salt, brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper. and cayenne for the rub. Rub pork with all the spice mixture. Place chopped onions, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and chicken broth in slow cooker, top with pork. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, high 5-6 hours. Transfer pork to a platter along with onions, discard remaining contents of slow cooker. Using a fork, shred the pork. Return to cooker and add remaining BBQ sauce.

15: Lucy's Chile -Rubbed Steaks with Chipotle Red Pepper Sauce | Sauce Ingredients: 2 large red bell peppers 1 tsp. dried oregano 2 large garlic cloves 1/2 tsp. kosher salt 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp. ground pepper 1 canned chipotle chile pepper 1 Tbs. olive oil Steak Rub: 2 flatiron or hanger steaks, about 1 pound each 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp. prepared chili powder 1 tsp. kosher salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper To make sauce: grill the bell peppers over direct high heat until blackened and blistered, about 12 minutes. Place peppers in a large bowl and cover with plastic wrap to trap steam. Set aside for 10 minutes, remove peppers and peel away charred skins. Cut off tops and remove the the seeds. Place peppers in a food processor along with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Allow steaks to stand at room temperature before grilling. Lightly brush steaks with oil and season with rub. Grill over direct heat until cooked or desire doneness. Let stand 5 minutes, cut into 1/4 inch slices. Serve warm with the sauce. This is to die for! It has become a favorite in our house! Lucy

16: Kristina's Spicy Chicken Pepper Pasta | You will need: 1 cup onion, chopped 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies 2 cups pf cooked chicken, diced 1 green bell pepper. cut into short thin strips 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz) pkg. of penne rigate, or short pasta. cooked 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese In a large skillet, cook onions in oil over medium heat until tender. Add both cans of tomatoes, chicken, green bell pepper, vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic salt, and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until green pepper is tender. Pour over hot pasta and toss. Let stand a couple of minutes and add Parmesan cheese. Remember - Just like life, everything is better with a little love! So remember to add some to everything you cook!

17: Tigger's French Oven Stew | You will need: 2 1/2 lbs. lean boneless beef (cut into pieces) 2 small white onions 4 large carrots 3 celery stalks 6 oz. mushrooms 1 1/2 c. tomato juice 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/4 cup flour 1 Tbs. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. dried basil pepper Place all ingredients in an dutch over, or any pan that can go in the over. Cook at 300 degrees for three hours, stirring every hour. You may add beans or peas the last 20 minutes of cook time!

18: Joyce's Flank Steak Marinade | You will need: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 Tbs. lemon juice 3 shakes Tabasco Sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Marinate steak at least 1/2 day. Turn several times. Cook to desire :)

19: Sandra's Bacalhao a Braz (Portuguese shredded cod fish with potatoes) | Ingredients: 3 pieces cod, cooked and cooled and shredded into bite size pieces 1-2 onions, 2 garlic cloves; both finely chopped 4 Tbs. good quality extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper fresh parsley, chopped 3 eggs, beaten 1 pound potatoes, peeled and cut like skinny french fries Rinse the Bacalhau several times and place in a bowl of cold water overnight. Change water several times to reduce saltiness of fish. Boil the Bacalhau for about 15 minutes, so it flakes easily. Let cool Cook potatoes in batches and fry until golden crispy, about 7 minutes per batch. Put fried potatoes on paper towel to drain oil. Fry chopped onion and garlic in oil. When cooked, add shredded cod fish. Fry for 5-6 minutes. Add french fries, beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until eggs are cooked. Place on a platter and sprinkle with parsley. Use black olives as a garnish! Hope you guys enjoy it, this is one of my Ricardo's favorite dishes!

20: Lindsey's World's Best Lasagna | Ingredients: 3/4 lb. pound lean ground beef 1/2 cup minced onion 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage 2 cloves garlic crushed 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes 2 (6oz,) cans tomato paste 2 (6.5 oz) cans of tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 2 Tbs. white sugar 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. fennel leaves 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 Tbs. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 Tbs. ground parsley 12 lasagna noodles 16 oz. of ricotta cheese 1 egg 3/4 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes. tomato paste, tomato sauce. and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley. Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours. Stirring occasionally. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook lasagna for 8 - 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a mixing bowl, combing ricotta cheese with egg, remaining parsley and 1/2 tsp. of salt. To assemble. spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over sauce. Spread with one half of the cheese mixture. Top with a third of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce over mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil, to prevent sticking, spray foil with cooking spray. Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 more minutes.

21: Michelle's Spinach Lasagna Rolls | Ingredients: 1/2 of 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese 6-8 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained 2 cups spaghetti or alfredo sauce * can also add turkey Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until blended, spread on to noodles. Roll up tightly. Place, seam sides down, in 9 inch baking dish. Top with sauce and remaining cheeses. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy :)

22: Grandma Wines Rhubarb Crunch | Ingredients: 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 tsp.vanilla 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 2 Tbs. cornstarch 3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked) 1 cup water 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon In a saucepan, warm up chopped rhubarb, sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla until sugar appears clear and rhubarb is soft. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until the mix is crumbly. In a 9"x13" baking pan, cover the bottom 1/2" of the pan with the crumbly mix. Cover the crumbly mix with the rhubarb and then add any additional crumbly mix to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

23: Aunt Betty's Venison Meat Loaf | You will need: 2 eggs 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1 med. onion finely chopped 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 lbs. ground venison In a large mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt and pepper. Add meat and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. For optional sauce: 2 Tbs. brown sugar, 2 Tbs. spicy brown mustard, 2 Tbs. vinegar. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Pour on meat loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.

24: Vanessa's Chicken Squares | You will need: 1 (3oz) pkg. softened cream cheese 2 Tbs. milk 3 Tbs. Butter 1 can Crescent rolls 3 cups cooked chicken 1 Tbs. chives 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 crushed croutons 1/8 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese, butter, milk, chives, salt and pepper until smooth. Then add chicken, mix well. Separate rolls into four rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon in chicken mixture. Pull up the four corners and seal. Brush with remaining butter and sprinkle on crushed croutons. Bake for 20-25 minutes!

25: Mom's Cheeeeesey Potatoes | You will need: 1 stick of butter (melted) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 small container of sour cream Mix all together. Add 1 pkg. of hash browns and 1 small bag of shredded cheese. Put in greased baking dish and cook for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.

26: Cynda's Turkey Casserole | Ingredients: 1 (16oz.) pkg. of frozen broccoli florets, or 2 1/2 cups fresh chopped broccoli 3 cups cooked long grain rice 4 cups chopped cooked turkey 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (2 oz. ) can of french fried onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cook broccoli by steaming until barely tender. Layer rice, broccoli, turkey, cheddar cheese and mushrooms into prepared pan. Pour broth evenly over top. Combine soup, mayo, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl, mix well. Spoon over top of casserole, using back of spoon to spread. Top with onions. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until golden!

27: Cathy's Impossibly Easy Bacon Pie | 12 slices of bacon, cook crispy and crumbled 1 cup shredded swiss cheese 1/3 cup onion 3/4 cups Bisquick Mix 1 1/2 cups of milk 3 eggs 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oven 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on pie plate. In medium bowl, beat remaining ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes

28: Ingredients: Serves 16 6-8 medium potatoes cubed 1 large onion, minced 5 medium carrots, minced 5 ribs of celery, minced White fish, 1 filet (3/4 lb. dry off, spray with oil, sprinkled with old bay. broil until done) Scallops (2 lb frozen bag, cooked like white fish) Lobster (pre cooked, 3/4 lb.) Seafood stock, 2 boxes Half and Half 4 Tbs. butter, 4 Tbs. Flour, Old Bay seasoning In a very large stock pot saute onions, carrots and celery until translucent, not brown. Add potato cubes and enough stock to cover, simmer until potatoes are tender. Add all cooked fish to pot and add more stock to cover. Warm up, but don't bring to a boil. Take off fire and set aside. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and whisk in an equal amount of flour to make a very thick rue. ALlow the paste to form 3 times to cook out the flour taste, but don't let it brown, slowly whisk in some half and half. Add this thick, velvety, rue to the big pot and turn the heat on low to warm the mixture and incorporate the rue smoothly. You can add more stock if too thick. Taste and add salt and pepper. I typically add at least onr Tb.s of Old Bay at this point, but a lot I go by sight and taste...and what I have on hand. Call if you need me to talk you through it! 29: Toppings: 1 bunch of green onions, chopped 1 lime 3 large Hass avocados, coarsely chopped Mexican cheese grape tomatoes, halved 1 large jalapeno, diced (with seeds for extra hot) salsa (Hot Pace is our favorite) Beans: 1 can black beans 1 Tbs. olive oil 1 tsp. cumin 1 large garlic clove, minced Tortillas: Corn tortillas 2 Tbs. olive oil Wash and chop green onions, jalapenos, and tomatoes. Pit and chop avocados. Add juice from one lime and stir. Add salt to taste. Open beans and drain. Put oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat. Add beans and cumin. Cook until warm. Let set on low until tortillas are finished. Brush tortillas with oil. Cook on flat pan turning occasionally until crispy. This has become a weekly meal for us! Super easy and totally delicious. We recommend eating these with a cold Dos Equis in your hand! | Lucy's Avocado Tacos

30: Cathy's Pork Tenderloin Marinade | You will need: 5 green onions 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. garlic salt 3 Tbs. honey 2 Tbs. vinegar 2 Tbs. unsweetened pineapple juice 2 boneless pork tenderloins Marinade for 3-4 hours, turning once. Preheat grill to high. Sear meat on all sides, locking in juices. Turn grill to low heat. Heat meat thoroughly and then remove from grill when meat is pink inside. Let sit covered for 5 minutes before serving.

31: Emily's Turkey and Cranberry Slow Cooker Meal | You will need: 1 butterball small turkey 1 can of cranberry sauce 1 packet of french onion soup mix In a slow cooker, place the cranberry sauce and soup mix, mix together. Place the thawed turkey on top and cook for low 5-6 hours. Enjoy! | Emily and Mr. Subway

32: Cathy's Yummy Yams | Wash and peel yams, cut into cubes. Put in a pan and cover to steam. (about 1/2 inch of water) until soft. Add to pan: 2 to 3 tsp. of vanilla 1/2 cup of raisins Cinnamon to taste 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of diced apples (the more apples you use, less sugar) Cook on low for about 15 minutes! Bon Appetit!

33: Aunt Judy's Chicken Bundles | 1 package crescent rolls 1/2 stick of butter 3 oz. cream cheese, soften 2 cups cooked chicken salt and pepper to taste seasoned bread crumbs Parmesan cheese Mix chicken, butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Open crescent rolls, press two together. Place 1/2 cup pf chicken mixture in the middle and bring the corners together. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

34: Ingredients: 6-7 red bliss potatoes 2 tsp. dried rosemary 4 Tbs. butter salt and pepper to taste 1/3 cup heavy cream 3 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil 3-4 cloves of garlic Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel garlic cloves and toss in the olive oil and place garlic and remaining oil on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap around the garlic. Place the pouch in oven and allow to roast for 30 minutes or until they are tender and slightly brown. While garlic is roasting, boil potatoes in a large pot with salt until fork tender. At this point the garlic should be done. Remove garlic from pouch and place in a large bowl. With a fork, mash garlic to a fine pulp. Drain potatoes and add them to the roasted garlic. Add rosemary, salt and pepper, butter and heavy cream. Mash to desired consistency! | Liz's Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

35: Ingredients: 4 Tbs. Olive Oil 4 Cloves of Elephant Garlic 2 Green Onions 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 Green Peppers 6 oz. Tomato Paste 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Chop garlic and saute for 2 minutes. In a blender, blend the green onion and green peppers until liquefied. Add to garlic and reduce the sauce (it will take less time with the lid off). This process can take 15-20 minutes. Once the mixture browns, add the beef. Do not add the beef until the mixture begins sticking to the pan. Cook the ground beef thoroughly, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the tomato paste and simmer for 1 minute. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese and turn to the lowest setting. Simmer with no lid on for 3-4 hours. Stir in 3-4 oz. of water every 30 minutes. Toss with your favorite pasta and top with fresh Parmesan. This is comfort food at its absolute best. 36: You will need: 1 1/2 sticks of butter 2 pounds of confectioner's sugar 16 ounces melted dipping chocolate | Mix peanut butter, butter and sugar. Form into balls. Using a toothpick, dip into chocolate until almost covered, leaving some of the peanut butter mixture exposed on top. Refrigerate. | Vineyard 2009 | Mary Ann's Buckeye Bombs!

37: Meghan's No Bake Cookies | You will need: 4 Tbsp cocoa 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 cups oatmeal Bring cocoa, sugar, milk and butter to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and oatmeal. Drop on wax paper and let cool. Enjoy :)

38: Lori's Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies! | Preheat over to 375 degrees. Ingredients: 3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco 1 cup flour 1 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup milk 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped walnuts 3 cups quick oats 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips Combine butter, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.

39: Julee's Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies | Preheat over to 375 degrees. Ingredients: 1 bag of Hershey's Kisses 1 Cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour 1 cup mini- chocolate chips Remove wrappers from Hershey kisses. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Mold scant tablespoon dough around each chocolate piece, covering completely. Shape into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Yields about 4 dozen.

40: Ingredients: 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup whole raw almonds 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds 1/2 raw pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/2 Tbs. wheat germ (optional) 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt (or not) 1/4 cup water 1/4 canola oil or applesauce 1/2 cup honey 2 Tbs. light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1 cup dried fruits (cranberries, etc.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place rack in the center of the oven. Either butter or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, wheat germ, cinnamon and salt. In a small saucepan, stirring constantly, bring just to a boil the water, oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and toss. Spread onto the baking sheet and bake for about 25-40 minutes, stirring occasionally so it browns evenly. Place on a wire rack to cool. You will notice that the granola may still be sticky when it is removed from the oven, but it will become crisp. Make sure to break up any large clumps while it's still warm. Store in an airtight container or plastic bag. Serve with dried or fresh fruit. | Jana's Honey Granola

41: Katelyn's Peanut Butter Blossoms | Ingredients: 48 Hershey Kisses Milk Chocolates 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tsp. baking soda 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1 egg 2 Tbs. milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove wrappers from chocolates. Beat butter and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup granulated sugar and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla, beat well. In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt, gradually beat into mix. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, immediately press a Hershey Kiss into the center or each one. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.

42: Preheat oven to 400 degrees Filling: 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Topping: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 4 cups peeled sliced apples 1/3 cup sugar (granny smith) 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1 tsp. cinnamon, sliced almonds (optional) For crust, cream butter and sugar. Beat in vanilla. Then blend in flour ( will be crumbly.) Pat on bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 9 inch spring form pan. For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into pan over crust. Spread to edges. For topping, toss apples with cinnamon and sugar. Arrange apples on cream cheese filling. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 10 minutes on 450 degrees and reduce heat to 400 and continue baking for 25 minutes. Immediately loosen spring form, but do not remove until thoroughly cooled. Serves 8. 43: Ingredients: 2/3 cups Karo Syrup 2/3 cup sugar 1 cup peanut butter 6 cups Special K Mix Karo syrup and sugar and dissolve sugar on medium heat until mix is clear. Mix in peanut butter until it becomes creamy and smooth. Mix in the Special K until the peanut butter "sauce" is mix throughout. Place the entire mixture in a 9x13 pan, make sure to do so immediately as the mixture begins to harden. Pack the mixture lightly making it even throughout the pan. Then set aside. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together on medium heat until creamy. Pour over the Special K mixture. Let cool and set before serving.
