Congratulations Riley, "Memories are a way of holding on to the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose." With Love From, Your Family & Friends

Forget about the days when it's been cloudy, but don't forget your hours in the sun. Forget about the times you've been defeated, but don't forget the victories you've won. Forget about mistakes that you can't change now, but don't forget the lessons that you've learned. Forget about misfortunes you've encountered, but don't forget the times your luck has turned. Forget about the days when you've been lonely, but don't forget the friendly smiles you've seen. Forget about plans that didn't seem to work out right, but don't forget to always have a dream.

Good friends are rare jewels of life. . . difficult to find and impossible to replace!

Riley, I will start by saying we have so many memories together and the one we will never forget is simply to say “Daddy’s Girl.” I could write twenty pages on just the two of us, but I have to limit myself, and just say a few things. I tried to make you my boy, and I would say for a while you were a tomboy. I started you off hunting with a 410 shotgun, and then I got you a 22 hornet, after that was a 270, and now you hunt with a 30-06. All these guns and 18 years later you've only killed three. The first was off the porch of the camp. It was a really nice 60 yard free handed shot. I knew right then I had my perfect girl. Your second deer was another good shot, but it cost me a fortune because it was illegal because it was a spotted fawn. You cried when the game wardens were giving me tickets. This year, you finally killed your third deer when you were 18. Now I could remind you of all of the deer you missed, but it would take the 20 pages I mentioned earlier. All I could do when you missed was to hug you and say we will get the next one. For the first six years of you life I held you, because you were the only child. I enjoyed taking you hunting and fishing. You always took a nap no matter where I took you. I coached you softball, and when you pitched I would tell you to throw your fast ball. Now we both knew your balls had one speed, and that was slow. I taught you how to drive on our hunting club roads. I also could tell you several stories on this subject, but some things are better left untold. I got you to do things for me all of the time such as run errands, watch your siblings, and many other things. You have also gotten me to do some things I would normally not do. One thing you made me do was the father-daughter dance in your younger years. I had to go to dance practice, and perform at the recital. You also made me wear a pink shirt for your homecoming court. I thought I would never wear pink; that was until you asked. I will keep this short and sweet and just end by saying always be the better person, keep a smile, and be a good role model for your brother and sister. I hope you stay at home with us throughout college, but no matter what you know you will always be “Daddy’s Girl.” I love you, and can write about our memories for hours, but I will save some for a camp fire with maybe a few drinks or just anytime you just want to talk. I love you daddy’s girl!!! (Song by Red Sovine) Love always, Dad

Riley, The day you were born, I was given the most precious gift anyone could ever ask for. You have always been a great child, and you have grown up to be a beautiful young lady. I am so proud of your accomplishments, and I hope you continue to set goals and achieve them. I have enjoyed all of the memories we have made together from dancing competitions, softball tournaments, family vacations and just spending time together. I have watched you grow throughout the years, and I have enjoyed every moment of it. You have a personality that makes everyone around you smile. Although we have had so many great times together, remember there are more to come. Never forget, you will always be my baby girl and I am very proud of you. I enjoy being your mother, and I am always here for you no matter what. Love always, Mom

 Sisters

Dear Riley, We have shared a lot of memories in the 12 years we’ve known each other. Some were not so good but most were the best! I really like spending time with you like watching Jersey Shore and Teen Mom or like spying on people like we do. I just want to let you know that you’re my sister and you’re one of my best friends. You are the best role model anyone could ask for and I’m really glad that you are mine. I am really lucky for that. I love you! Love, Megan

Riley, You are the best sister anyone could ask for. I love when you come to my ball games, and cheer for me. You are always rooting for me even when you are not there, like the weekend you put on my practice hat and sent me a picture of you with your team spirit. I also like when you take me places. I always tease you about your driving, and thank God you have good brakes. I don’t even mind when you make me give you a back massage, I hope you don’t forget that when I need one. I really do love having you as my big sister, and I hope you stay as sweet as you are. Love, Ty

 Congratulations Sweetie!!!

Riley, Where has the time gone? You are all grown up, hitting a major milestone in your life, “Graduation”! Graduating from high school is huge, and to do so with the GPA that you achieved is such an accomplishment! I am so proud of you! It has been amazing to watch you grow into the remarkably beautiful young lady that you have become and I am looking forward to what your future holds for you. College is the next big hurdle and I know you will do well. Be sure to take the time to enjoy it and the new friends you will meet!! Stay focused, work hard and continue to be the loving person that you are, and great things will continue to come to you. I've enjoyed every moment that we've shared, especially your summer vacations to visit me!! I know that it has been tough having three parents to love, discipline and provide you guidance, not to mention all the money :o)!!! Just want to thank you for letting me play a role in helping you grow. In this changing world, it is nice to know that one thing is forever. . . . . . you’ll always be my niece! I love you, Aunt Susie

Hello Riley Renae Moran, My beautiful brown-eyed, grown-up granddaughter. Eighteen already! Since you were a little baby you were so cute. You won a beauty pageant, and that proves it! You made homecoming court twice, you go girl! Your dad even wore a pink shirt to one. You just went to your senior prom Springfield and Lutcher, you made that purple dress shine! Your pawpaw and I enjoyed babysitting you. You would hold your finger inside your glass whenever you would drink anything. We remember you swimming in Aunt Barbara’s swimming pool as a six month old baby. They would throw you in, and you would swim. I didn’t like to watch, but I did. I loved going to your softball games. You could pitch slow but accurate. Number 77 and I won’t forget it. We had good backyard baseball games with Christopher, Hunter, Dillon, Jonathan, Ty, and Megan. Pawpaw always umpired the games. I remember one time pawpaw had to whip you and Christopher for going to the pit next door. Always remember, he did it because he loved ya’ll so much. Tough love, but ya’ll didn’t go back. Pawpaw would get on his knees and pull stickers out of the ground so they wouldn’t get in your feet. He also put bricks on the ground for you to get on your bike because you were so little. You would go deer hunting with your pawpaw or daddy. When you killed your first doe, we put your picture in the newspaper in Meadville, MS. You were nine years old when you killed it off our camps front porch. Cold weather never stopped you from hunting. Your heart was in it, but not your aim. Learning to drive, you hit paws truck he had just painted. I thought it was my fault because I should have hit the brakes. We had many fun times at the camp everything from bike riding, four wheeling, fishing, picking watermelons and cucumbers, and planting grass. You brought several friends with you, and we had big bomb fires for New Years. Pawpaw would cook spaghetti especially for you. You laved taking dancing lessons, and I went to your recitals. You were a great dancer, and I had fun watching you dance to both mother-daughter and father-daughter dances. No wonder you still love your music and dancing. I’m glad you are not a wallflower, you must take after me! Isn’t a joy to have a sister, Megan, and a brother, Ty? You can share your bad and fun times with them. They love you, and you can still have fun babysitting them. I had a great time with all of your on our Disney Trip and our World Series trip to Gulf Shores, Alabama, where Ty’s baseball team won first place. Hope to win this year also. Your mom and dad have sacrificed a lot four you. They sent you to Holy Ghost School, paid for dancing lessons, and are still dishing out for your senior year. I’m thankful you applied yourself to your school work. College is next, and I hope you set your goals high and achieve them all. You are beautiful inside and out. Stay that way. I hope you can come and talk to me about anything, anytime. Pray, live, laugh, love, work, and play hard! I’ll love you forever, Maw Maw Libby

Riley, I want to say that I have watched you grow up from a beautiful baby to a gorgeous young lady. I remember watching you and every time you went missing, I found you playing in the kitchen cabinet. There was a time that I told you to stop playing on the top bunk bed but you didn’t, and you fell off and busted your mouth. If only you would have listened, because it made me feel so badly. I think it hurt me more than it hurt you. Anytime I wanted you to get in my lap, all I had to do was say the police were coming. Also, if you heard sirens you would jump in my lap scared. I remember the great times we had going to the St. Joseph Fair. Now that you are all grown up and driving, I really enjoy when you visit me and bring Ty and Megan with you. Always remember, I love you very much and hope you have a wonderful and successful life. Love, Paw Paw Wilford

I just want to first of all to say Riley you turned into a beautiful young lady and I am very proud of you. I remembered the day you were born, how beautiful you were and knew then that you would be even more beautiful when you grew up. I remember when you were, about two or three you wanted Jenay for a Christmas present. So that year at Christmas I wrapped her up and gave her to you for a Christmas present. I enjoyed the times when you were little and growing up being in the Christmas and Easter programs in church. I also will remember how you loved my spaghetti which by the way I need to cook and invite you over. I remember when you and Jenay put gravel in the go cart. Which didn't make Wesley and Mac happy. I am so proud of you and I know you will go a long way. Go to college and get a degree so that you will be able to support yourself and be happy. Love Aunt Anna and Uncle Mike

Wow time flies!!! I can remember being just a little boy when you were born. You and Jenay hanging out on the weekends jamming to Britney Spears with the little glow in the dark stars, black lights, and lava lamps. I also remember getting gravel out my gas tank on my go-cart lol... Well now its funny. You were old enough to play softball and we would get out in the yard throwing and pitching for hours just having a good old time. Oh and by the way sorry for all the times we cleaned your room when you were gone and threw some of your old toys away to make room, I was just a helper in the cleaning department lol. All of these memories are great to look back on but one memory that you will never forget is graduation. You have been so successful as you have grown into a young adult and I am very proud of you. You are very smart and I know that the future will be much brighter because of your success. Congratulations on this great achievement and keep pushing for excellence in all things that you do. Love always Wesley

Riley, I can't believe you're graduating. Seems like just yesterday we were playing outside without a care in the world. You have always been my little sister, and you always will be. I know that you will make the best out of life and build yourself a great future! I will always be here for you NO MATTER WHAT! I love you so much and wish you the best of luck! Love, Your Big Sis, Jenay <3

Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars. Love, Uncle Dwayne | Riley, You are the daughter I'll never have, but I love you as though you were my very own. I remember all your dance recitals you and Jenay were in, and the times when the dreaded lipstick paralyzed your lips! That was so funny to watch because you didn't know what to do with them lips, but each time you got better at wearing it. I'll never forget you and Chris literally driving the tires off his Bigfoot monster truck in the field by Granny's, and all the deer you and Chris helped Paw skin with y'alls butter knives. Y'all were Paws buddies and every time y'all rode in the little red truck he would have to put in Fa Fa Fa for y'all to sing. Oh, and the day you got you drivers license after they denied you the first time because you tried to run over the poor man on the side of the road! You wanted to wash your car, so we went through the car wash, but I didn't know that you didn't know how to do it. That was so funny! The man had to help you drive your car on the track because you couldn't get it You are so dingy, and that's why I love you so much!!! I'm very proud of you and hope all your dreams come true. Good luck in all you choose in life. Aunt Janice

From the time we were little, we were best cousins. We had to be because we had to put up with each other everday. We lived in each other’s yard. LOL We always had a good time, from riding the wheels off our power wheels trucks to killing deer and getting paw paws four wheel drive stuck in the creek. We have had lots of adventures, like the time we got beat for going to that damn pond next door. LOL I’m proud of you and your accomplishments. You’re the best cousin ever. I’ve always got your back just like you have mine. Like the time when we beat the shit outta ole Jesse. HaHa “Good times” You’re a great person, good luck with graduation and all that life has in store for you. I’m only a phone call away whenever you need me. Love you cuz, Chris

Riley, Riley, Riley, Where do I start? How about the time you hit me in the face with the bat when I was little? Or the time when you were at the camp and you somehow managed to count to eleventy? Or when me, you, and Megan went all around looking for y’alls package and ate our square pizza and then we bounced rocks into the candles Haha! I remember all this like it just happened yesterday. I have so many memories with you, I definitely can’t name them all. I hope we make many more while we both achieve our goals in the future. -Hunter

Riley Renae Moran, Wow!!! To start off with, we’ve been through hell and back countless times. We’ve been friends since the 6th grade. You’re the only one who I’ve always had by my side. These past few years have been full of memories, but I think the most memorable ones have been the ones we’ve made together in the past few months. We have encountered two proms with two studs, became stalkers, dominated the roads we gallivant on, and discovered we are the two best friends anyone could have. We have our main men, and our side guys who will realize one day what they are missing. Most of all, I can’t wait to start college with you and have our cute little house with our special room. We’re getting older and remaining close, and it will stay that way forever. We know too much to stop being friends. Ha! We’ll always have our songs and secret inside jokes. That’s what makes it fun. I love you hunny :)) Chelsea

Riley, So your big day is here! We just wanted to be a little part this day because you and your family has become a big part of our family! May all your dreams come true, and I hope life brings you everything you want! You can achieve anything you put your mind to! I know that you know all this already, but just wanted you to know that I believe in you! Mr. Wade and I love you and we are here for you if you need anything! Now go show the world what you can do! Love ya, The Whittingtons

This is the first day of the rest of your life! | "Try to discover the road to success and you'll seek but never find you own path and the road to success will trail right behind." Robert Drault | "Wherever you go, go with all your heart." Confucius

Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free I’m following the path God has laid you see. I took his hand when I heard him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day to laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss oh yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life’s been full, I savored much good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your heart and peace to thee God wanted me now; he set me free.
