2: Hot Wine | 1/2 put (275 ml) water 11/2 (850 ml) white wine 8 oz (225 g) ground almonds 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground ginger 1 tsp (5 ml) clear honey or white sugar A good pinch of salt A good pinch of Powdered Saffron or a few drops of yellow food coloring. heat on boiler for 25 minutes

3: Tart Of Beans Boil beans until tender Break beans and put it with yolk of 4 eggs, curd from milk and then season it with sugar. Also add a half stick of butter and some cinnamon then bake. 45 minute cooking time 2 hour prep time serves 8-10

4: Cheesecake 1kg creamed cottage cheese 2 large eggs 1 egg yolk 225g butter 115g sugar 2*22 cm pie shell Mix all ingredients together and put into pie shell bake for 70 minutes at 338 degrees

5: Bechamel "(Sauce) 2tbsp Butter 2tbsp Plain flour 50 ml Cold Milk 150ml Warm milk Salt White Pepper Nutmeg

6: Potato Pie Boil potato's very tender Put butter into pie crust Then add spices, yolks, nuts lemon, lime, orange, sugar Then bake
