FC: The Best of Bekah & Bo Recipes from Two Sisters::Vol. 2

1: eat our food and you just might become as cool as us! no guarantees.. but it's worth a try, right?!

2: Teriyaki Mushrooms and Snap Peas ************ -Sliced Mushroom- -Snap Peas-Olive Oil- -Teriyaki Sauce- -Sesame Seeds- | In a pan, sautee mushrooms and snap peas until soft. Be careful not to over-cook the peas! Stir in enough teriyaki sauce to thinly coat the vegetables. Before serving, sprinkle on some sesame seeds.

3: Garden Vegetable Frittata ::fast, easy, and yummy:: Step aside Rachel Ray, I made this in less than 5 minutes! eggs sliced tomatoes zucchini basil In a small pan, cook zucchini and tomatoes until soft. Add in basil, salt, and other such spices to your liking. When you're ready, pour the beaten egg over everything and let sit on medium heat until the egg is fully cooked. Next, (and this is the best part), dig in!!

4: On a sheet of aluminum foil, spread EVOO on the bottom half and place your salmon on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Now here comes the most important part -- spread freshly chopped basil over the top. Fold over the aluminum foil and place the salmon pouch on top of the stove. Cook until you can hear and smell the wonderful goodness inside. | Salmon with Fresh Basil You must Must MUST use fresh basil if you want to make your salmon as delicious as mine! Aside from fresh basil will also need: :Salmon filet::lemon juice::salt::pepper:

5: Lemon Pepper Orzo with Tomatoes and Zucchini | What you need: Fresh tomatoes Diced zucchini Cooked orzo Feta cheese Lemon juice Pepper | Cook zucchini and tomato in a small pan until slightly browned. While orzo is still hot, mix in feta cheese. Add vegetables and mix vigorously until the cheese has melted and the vegetables are fully incorporated. Finally, splash some lemon juice and top off with freshly ground pepper.

7: Ingredients: Ginger snap cookies Whipped cream Vanilla pudding Sliced banana Strawberries Bluberries | Layer 1::Crumbed cookie crust Layer 2::Instant vanilla pudding Layer 3::Sliced strawberries Layer 4::Pudding and cream mousse Layer 5::Sliced bananas and blueberries Layer 6:Whipped cream Top off with a whole strawberry and ginger snap sprinkles! This dessert is deliciously girly. Indulge!

10: Thai Red Chicken Curry ::coconut milk::chicken broth::red curry paste:: ::green bell peppers::red bell peppers::sliced water chestnuts:: ::sliced bamboo shoots::diced chicken::

11: In a large pot, bring coconut milk and chicken broth to a slight boil before adding curry paste. *Add to desired spicyness* Saute the chicken, bell peppers. water chestnuts, and bamboo in a pan. When browned, combine with the soup. Leave the curry on a low boil until peppers are soft. Tip: Adding diced pineapples will curb the spicyness while adding a sweet kick!

14: Place pans in oven and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Wait until caramel cools to break apart clusters. *Variation: Replace 2 cups of popcorn with pecans, walnuts, and almonds | Caramel Popcorn ****** 15 cups popped popcorn 1 stick butter 1/4 cup corn syrup 1 cup brown sugar A pinch of salt 1/4 Tbsp. baking soda Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Spread out popcorn in 2 large baking pans. In a pot, bring butter, corn syrup, brown sugar and salt to a slow boil until the brown sugar is completely dissolved. Sprinkle baking soda over caramel until it becomes foamy. Drizzle syrup over the popcorn and toss until evenly covered. ******

15: Baked Chicken Kiev ~ 1/4 cup butter ~ 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley ~ 1 clove garlic ~ ~6 boneless chicken breast halves ~ 2 cups bread crumb ~ ~ 1/2 tsp. paprika ~ 1/4 cup milk ~ Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix butter, parsley and garlic. Shape mixture into a 3x2-inch cube and freeze until firm. Lightly pound chicken breast until 1/4 inch thick. Cut butter into 6 pieces. Place 1 cube on the center of each breast halve. Fold sides of chicken around butter and secure each end with toothpick. Mix bread crumbs, parsley and paprika. Dip chicken in milk and coat evenly with mixture. Place chicken, seam sides down, in pan an bake about 35 minutes. | Ratatouille ~ 1 medium eggplant (cubed) ~ 2 small zucchini (chopped) ~ ~ 1 bell pepper (diced) ~ 1 onion ~ 1 can diced tomato ~ ~ 1/4 cup olive oil ~ Salt and pepper ~ 2 cloved garlic ~ Cook all ingredients over medium heat until zucchini is tender.

16: Bella Mushroom Tortellini :::::::::::::::: When cooked in white wine and fresh basil, baby bella mushrooms become full of rich and delicious flavor! ::::::::::::::::: | Ingredients: 1 lb. tortellini 3 Tbsp. butter 1 clove garlic 1/2 lb. sliced bella mushroom 1/4 cup white wine 1/2 cup fresh basil 1/2 Tbsp. parsley Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated parmesan

17: *Melt butter and cook garlic. *Stir in mushrooms, basil, parsley and wine. *Season with salt and pepper. *Cook until mushrooms are tender. *Pour over drained pasta, top with parmesan cheese and serve.

18: Crab Cakes 1 can (6 oz.) crab meat 3/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions 1 clove garlic 1 egg 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. parsley Salt and Pepper | Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop out mixture into 4 patties. Roll patties in bread crumbs until well coated. In a wide pan, heat about 3 Tbp. olive oil on medium-high. When oil is hot, drop the patties in. Let the patties cook until golden brown on both sides. *Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice*

19: MEATLOAF!!!! 2398740298 lbs. ground beef 1 onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic 2 eggs 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. parsley Salt and pepper Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. In a large pan, shape mixture into a loaf. Drizzle top with ketchup. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is 165 degrees i love meatloaf.

20: What happens when your bananas look like grandma? It's time to make.. BANANANANANAAA BREAD! | 2 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs (beaten) 2 1/3 cup mashed banananana

21: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightl grease 9x5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in egg and mashed banana. Finally, stir banana mixture into flour. Stir just to moisten. Pour into loaf pan and bake 75 minutes or until knife comes out clean. | Various variations may include: Addi cinnamon or vanilla extract to batter Top batter with crushed nuts or brown sugar for a crispy crust Add marshmallows for a gooey surprise :D

22: 3 Cheese Veggie Pizza | Pizza Dough | 3 cups flour 1 package yeast 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 tsp. salt | 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 cup warm water 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

23: Toppings | Tomato paste Basil paste Chopped garlic | Tomato Base | 2 cups bell peppers 1 cup tomatos Fresh spinach leaves 1 cup Ricotta cheese 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese | Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
