Telling Tales | My grandmother had a story about my dad that she would tell all his kids, and his grandkids. When he was about two and a half years old, he started climbing things. One day when my grandmother was sleeping, he climbed out of his play pin because he heard their neighbors motorcycle. He went to find a chair, pushed it up against the door, and used it as a stool so he could unlock the door. When he got it open, he ran outside and tried to get on the motorcycle by himself. Their neighbor saw him doing this, so he picked him up, put him on the motorcycle, and put his sunglasses on him. When his mom woke up, she went to check on him. She started freaking out when she couldn't find him. After franticly searching the apartment, she went--

A major goal of mine that I have pretty much already given up on is attending a major university. I have most likely already ruined my chances of that by getting poor grades the past two years.

Picture This | The Starry Night-- Vincent van Gogh
When I first saw and learned about The Starry Night, I was shocked that someone could create such a beautiful painting just by memory. The Starry Night is one of my favorite pieces of art. Just thinking about how beautiful the view must have been for Van Gogh that night makes me feel at such peace.
Remembering The Child | I've been told that I was a very shy child. One of my moms favorite memories of me actually involves my childhood shyness. Her favorite memory of me was when I was six years old. She and I had gone to Texas that summer so she could help take care of her friend Debbie's Dad. For half of that summer, I cried and refused to stay with her friends daughter while she went to take care of her friends dad. It's my moms favorite memory of me because my shyness brought us closer together. She said that it was her favorite summer that she's spent with me.
Family Influence | I wasn't very close with my grandfather when I was little. When I was eight years old, he took me fishing with him. The trip wasn't as boring as I thought it would be. I caught three fish that day, and my grandpa told me a bunch of funny stories about my dad when he was little. Ever since then, my Grandpa and I have been very close.
Towards the end of eighth grade, I went on a trip to Walt Disney World. I went with most of the eighth grade, but I was mainly just with a few of my best friends the whole time. This is such a memorable event because I was at an amusement park in another state with my best friends and no parents. If given the chance, I would definitely do it over again, | Memorable Event
(I can't find my camera with my pictures from Disney World.)
Bragging Rights | I am half turtle, half bear. So quiet that when I hear a mouse squeak, I think it's a gorilla roar. I'm so fierce that King Kong walks on eggshells around me. I move so slow that I start something in the Winter, and won't finish until Summer. I can out drive Tiger Woods, and Out dunk Micheal Jordan.
Rewarding Experiences | 1.) Getting to go to Disney World with my friends for our eighth grade field trip. --We most likely won't ever have an opportunity to all go together again. 2.) Spending last summer in Texas. -- I got to know a lot of my family that I had never met before. 3.)Moving to Cherryville. -- When I moved here, I met the people that I can today call my best friends. 4.) My oldest nephew being born. -- I think of him as the little brother that I've always wanted.
6.) My youngest niece finally being released from the hospital after she was born. -- She was put in ICU after she was born and they weren't sure if she would make it or not.
Extraordinary Pet | I have a ShihTzu named Paco. He is a small dog like any other ShihTzu, and he is gray and white. Paco can sometimes be a little strange. When he sleeps in my room he doesn't lay at the foot of the bed like most dogs. Instead, he sleeps right above my head against the headboard. Sometimes when I wake up, he will be asleep on my face. My mom accidentally left her phone on the floor one day, and Paco got to it and somehow managed to call 911 while playing with it. When mom and I got home, we found a police officer looking---
