 Back To The Past By:Chandler

I was a young scientist named Chandler and I was very interested in time travel in which i could go through history

Me and my uncle working together as scientist experimenting with time travel.

This was one of our other attempts but no success.

This was our time machine that me and my uncle had been working on

Once we were finally done my uncle decided to be the first to test it out. When he took off I was worried because nothing was happening and he was heading for a wall and suddenly FLASH he was gone. After a few minutes i was getting bored and right on cue he popped back up and declared it was a success.

I had mentioned the fact that I had a project in world history and so he said what time period and we can go.

My first destination that was needed was back in 1543,when the heliocentric theory and geocentric theory were published.

First we saw was the geocentric theory which is the earth-centered view of the universe

Then we went back to see the publishing of Copernicus's heliocentric theory. He just simply said it was all in a day's work.

Then we continued on to 1609 when Galileo observed the heavens through a telescope. We weren't able to speak to him because the heavens were way more important.

Then we went back to 1687,the vital event when the apple fell upon Sir Isaac Newton's head and thus he created the laws of gravity. He said that it was worth getting hit in the head with an apple

We had saw some other time travelers on our trips.

Then we saw the great event that took place in 1776 which was the signing of the Declaration of Independence and I spoke to John Hancock and he said that it was probably the greatest moment of his life.

Unfortunately i had to go back home but the good part was I had found a souvenir.
