I wish for all your dreams to be filled with sunshine, and to take you to far away lands, for these lands to be filled with amazing adventures, creatures, and plans. And when you wake up in the morning, I wish for that magic to last the whole day through, A lifetime of magic, adventure, and dreaming, Is the wish I wish for you.

 H | eart | The | Beth Speer

When I was a girl of just seven or eight, I snuck a peak over a vine covered gate. What I saw in that garden was a chilling surprise, a wacky old widow was watering EYES.

Dressed in BRIGHT red from her toes to her head, I will never forget the words that she said... "Oh, LITTLE dear, don't be afraid to come near, the sights you will see and noises you hear, are nothing more than a labor of love, so grab a WATERING CAN and some GARDENING GLOVES" I thought, she could not be serious, but at eight I was quite curious, Although my mother would be FURIOUS!

I did as the RUBY clad widow had said, with a FAST beating HEART, and LEGS full of lead. The women spoke in a whisper so hard to hear, even as she spoke right in my LEFT ear... | "Just look at this beauty, so luscious and GREEN. There is just one thing missing, a QUEEN!"

That eccentric old woman began sharing her great, big, GRAND plan, and pointed to a corner with potted up HANDS! All in a row were TEN pink, little, toes. And in back, growing out of snarly, tangled up roots, right in the ground was a FOOT!

Closest to me in a bush, grew the knees. Ten long Fingers hung from the trees. Right by the deck grew a head and a neck.

The widow grabbed onto my hand and took me to see the most important part, and she led me to the GREAT garden's heart. With a smile and a wink, she said "Grab a pail, and we'll start." I plucked up ears, eyes, and a nose, as the women sews and sews and sews all the parts together with a long green vine.

With her eyes on the sun, she says "it's almost time." All put together with a flowery crown, the Queen was perched up high as the sun went down.

For a MAGICAL moment, the QUEEN came alive, with curly blond hair and wild green eyes, a radiant smile from ear to ear, and singing a melody, full of good cheer. Now a QUEEN watches over the GARDEN, sings to it as it grows, keeps the flowers, fruits, and vegetables company, and scares away the crows.

So, when someone thinks and wonders, just how does a GARDEN grow, I just smirk and giggle, because I already know!

 Monster | Monster

ONE... | TWO... | One, Two, THREE!

Monster, monster, leave me be! | Do you know what happens when I get to FOUR?

Monster, monster, walk out that door!

Five... | Six... | I know all your tricks! | Seven... | Eight... | It's getting quite LATE! | Alright, I'm at | Nine... | way past my bedtime... and to keep me awake would just be a CRIME!

But, now I'm at... | TEN... | and you've done it again... | Do you need a time out? Or must I just shout...

 M | O | M | M | Y | !

I've got the Rainy Day Blues, I'm wet from my hair to my shoes, Just one WET young Fella, without an umbrella. Soaked, and NO chance today, anyone will come out to play, Not a thing in the World to do, but sing the Rainy Day Blues.

I am the Queen of Quite-A-Lot, of this house, that mouse, and my dog Spot. Queen of my Barbies, of shoes and of hats, Queen of This, and Queen of That. But, my Mommy's the Queen of a Whole-Lot-More, so my crown goes right out the window, when she walks through that door.

I simply will not eat anything green. Not broccoli, peas, or chocolate chip mint ice cream. Celery stalks or brussel sprouts certainly will NOT end up in MY mouth! Asparagus, spinich, or even grapes. Do not put them on my plate. I know Daddy says that they taste GREAT... so maybe I will try them when I turn thirty-eight.

I cannot, will not, make a glitch, but, I can't remember which witch is witch. Is the one with the "T" the one with the broom? Or, am I too fast to assume? So please help me remember, which witch is which. I'm writing in PEN and it's too late to SWITCH!
