1: Royal Caribbean Cruise 2012 | We left on our cruise - land adventure on May 10, 2012. We flew out of San Francisco to Seattle, Washington. After a fun day in Seattle, we boarded a bus to Vancouver, British Columbia. 36: We took a local city bus for an hour drive, and then walked 1 and 1/2 miles to the Mendenhall Glacier.

50: We rented a car and headed for White Pass. The scenery was amazing but the further we went in elevation, the worst the weather became. We crossed the Canadian Border, turned around and headed back to Skagway.

82: A very rare sighting of a couple of bull caribou fighting for their territory. The bearded bull is claiming victory. He even has his own camera, to document the win. Amazing!
83: We were able to watch this bear enjoying a tasty meal of roots. He wasn't bothered at all by our presents. We were in the bus!
