S: Family Trip to the East Coast- June 2011
BC: That's it... That's all... | My favourite event of this trip was watching the Anne & Gilbert Musical at the Summerside Theatre. It was phenominal- Melissa | I liked to observe the structure of the Confederation Bridge- the longest bridge in Canada.- Dad | Sandspit park was one of my favourite attractions!- Trent | I enjoyed both the scenery and attractions of Prince Edward Island. The lupins were amazing- Mom | I liked to play many games of Duck-Duck-Bruce with Missy and Trent while we were driving and the go-carts at Six Gun City- Tyler
FC: East Trip | June 11-24, 2011
1: We made this our getaway vehicle and home for 2 weeks. I was ready for my bed after sleeping on a narrow couch for 14 nights! But it is the best way to travel! | MOTORHOME

5: We visited the Covered Bridge Potato Chip Factory | We were thrilled to each receive a bag of hot off the press potato chips! | The Hartland Bridge is the longest covered bridge in the world | This bridge was a good place to get out for a stretch. | New Brunswick
6: Mini Golf | Hart Island Campground | We parked our motor home to overlook the river
7: Bay of Fundy HopeWell Rocks -low tide-
8: Sunday afternoon we arrived in Nova Scotia!! Mom and Dad ran in to the Visitors centre while i took TJ to play in the park. They say the weather in Nova Scotia is very unpredictable which we discovered to be true!! We drove about an hour to the bridge that crossed over to Cape Breton Island.
9: Cabot Trail We stopped at one of the many scenic lookouts along the Cabot trail. This trail was 3 hrs driving filled with hair pin curves, driving off cliffs, breath taking lookouts, pretty waterfalls and some more steep hills both up and down before we completed it.

12: Fortress of Lewisburg | We spent an afternoon touring this Fort. We toured the shops, sampled bread, watched the soldiers salute and the canon fire off at the end of the day.
13: Ferry Ride to PEI | We enjoyed the 75 minute boat ride across the ocean altho it was packed with tourists and very difficult to find a seat. I was excited to finally be in PEI!!!
14: Prince Edward Island | How come did God put so much beauty in one place?
15: Avonlee Villiage | We really enjoyed this park as a family.we got a schedule of the day then walked around the village visiting the different houses and shops. Approx every half hour to hour we would sit in the garden theatre to watch the next stage of Anne's life acted out. | Avonlee Villiage | Cavendish, PEI
16: We stopped at Frosty treat for some ice-cream after a warm morning at the Sandspit park! Nothing beats PEI icecream!!!!
17: Six Gun City Western Town | unlimited go-carts!!! so awesome!! :) | I finally figured out what to do when my brothers get annoying... | TJ made a new friend while getting soaked on the bumper boats | New Hampshire, USA
18: We spent our last weekend at KOA campground in Maine from Saturday evenin till Monday morning. We had fun cooking our own food on Sunday. The boys enjoyed a campground candy scramble with the other camping kids, glowsticks around the campfire and lots of time on the playground!!
19: Enjoying a nice Sunday lunch | Woodstock, NewHampshire USA | Everyone helped to make lunch!
20: Vermont We stopped to do some hiking at a provincial park. Later Mom spotted a covered bridge which we stopped at to get another stretch.
