1: VACATION ITINERARY JUNE 5, 2010- Departed Houma for Atlanta, Georgia. Stayed at the Westin Atlanta Airport. JUNE 6, 2010- Departed Atlanta for Williamsburg, Virginia. Stayed at Greensprings Vacation Resort. Visited Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. JUNE 12, 2010- Departed Williamsburg for Washington, D.C., stopping off at U.S. Marine Corps Museum in Quantico, VA. Stayed at the Sheraton Crystal City Hotel. JUNE 14, 2010- Departed Washington, D.C. for Knoxville, Tennessee. Stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Knoxville Cumberland House. JUNE 15, 2010- Returned home.
2: We stayed at Greensprings Plantation Resort in Williamsburg. Our unit was on the 3rd story (no elevator) of the building. The grounds were very peaceful and beautiful.
5: Colonial Williamsburg was very quaint. You actually feel like you are back in time.
6: Fife and drum corps, a lesson in weaving, and Benedict Arnold.
7: Visiting the Capital and pretty hats for pretty girls.
8: Flowers were in bloom everywhere. We got carried away taking pictures!
