I also find this time of year to be a great opportunity to volunteer at the Hindu temple. | When I visited India a few years ago, I was saddened by the amount of hunger and poverty orphans face. There are limited shelters or other means in place to help these kids. I have looked into sponsoring a child in India to help him or her eat healthy meals each day, obtain an education, and make their dreams come true. I feel that even a small contribution on my part can make such an impact on the life of a child who would otherwise have nothing.
