Judging by the way many of us go about it, you would never believe humankind ever was, as we’re always striving for more: more money, better job satisfaction, craving the perfect relationship, house, family, wardrobe, holidays... But in actual fact, we humans do, broadly, find satisfaction in life, although this might peak at different times for different people.
The team at Mixbook.com wanted to find out when the average American considered they’d reached peak life satisfaction - happiness with work, friends, family, relationships; in essence, the direction their lives had taken them. We surveyed 3,000 over 65’s for their opinions - see the results below!
