FC: --Mauston Cross Country--

The feeling of achievement after a race and being on varsity. The hard work you put into being on varsity | -Hali- | I agree because I love the feeling of achievement when I finish a race. Also to be on varsity you need to put in a lot of effort and believe you can do it.

-Pakou- | The family aspect Of it | I think it is important to be close like a family for cross country, because the closer you are the better the team you will become

-Lauren- | Being Committed | I agree with both of these values because I think they are extremely important. If you are not willing to be committed don't go out for a sport.

-Abby- | Every race set a goal, obtain it, and make it more challenging | I think this is a very good goal. Not many of us think this way to make our goals more challenging. I think this is something we could all work on.

-Katie- | The accomplishment of knowing what you can do | The first couple weeks are hard, but once you figure out your race pace and what you're capable of doing you can just do it.

-Kayla- | I agree because after my first year of cross country I felt like I could do anything. | Because cross country is a tough, mental sport, by the end you feel like you can do anything

Nothing really surprised me about what these girls said. All of their responses were what I thought they would be. | I learned that communication towards goals is a big thing. Some of the girls may not speak up during our goal meetings and I think they should.
