1: British Columbia is the western most province of Canada. The Pacific Ocean lies to the west with the Rocky Mountains to the east. Neighboring provinces are Alberta,Yukon, and North West Territories.

2: The features that British Colombia has are the Peace River, Fraser River, Pacific Ocean and Arctic Ocean. With mountains, rivers, beaches, forests, parks, and lakes, there is something to do for everyone.

3: Population: 4.5 million Most people live in Vancouver with 2.3 million and Victoria with 368,000 people. It is the third most populated province, behind Ontario and Quebec.

4: The natural resources are raspberries, cranberries, apples, plums, and cherries.

5: British Columbia has a temperate climate, but there can be snow in the mountains, In the winter, the coast is warmer and snow doesn't stay long. Inner areas have freezing temperature sand snow from Nov-March. Spring and fall are warm and pleasant. Summer is the hottest in the inner areas when temps can get above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Along the coast temps are 72-83 degrees f. | Climate: In the Coast Mountains and Islands have the heaviest precipitation and mild temperatures. The Interior Plateau has a drier continental climate, summers are warm and dry. Winters cool and drier. The Columbia Mountains and Southern Rockies are semi-arid, with warm summers and cold winters. The Northern and Central Plateaus and Mountains have colder and drier winters and short cooler summers. The Great Plains area has long cold winters and short warm summers.

6: The government represents the British monarch. The government also has 89 courts located in the province.

7: The economy depends on natural resources like large timber reserves mineral deposits, and fish and game animals. They also have a lot of rich soil.

8: The languages the people speak there are English, Chinese, Punjabi, German, and French.

9: The education there is the public school systems. Each school system in British Columbia has an elective board of school trustees.

10: The major cities are Victoria and Vancouver.

11: Here are some interesting information. Joe Sakic, pro hockey player, is someone that everyone knows and loves. Also Dan Gerge is the Salish chief. They also have a lot of endangered animals such as the burrowing owl.
