2: We had tea with Mrs. Washington at the Tucker House. It was a rainy afternoon in 1775 before the Governor’s Ball

7: Our walk through history was along lovely streets and back alleys. There were many cute buildings to see.
8: The best dressed ladies shopped at Mary Dickinson's Store
9: Hats, hats, hats, anyone want a hat?
10: The town's people go about their daily routines
11: Around Town Planting turnips, shopping, visiting, riding, and praticing their crafts.

18: We hung out at the coffee shop to enjoy the coversation, the 18th centery Starbuck's | General George Washington was there discussing the hot topic of the day - the Stamp Act
20: The many places we visited; the farm, the church, the cabinet mater and the apothecary. At Chowning’s Tavern we had dinner, 18th century style; pot pies and fish. Very good.
22: SIGNS | The merchants and craftsmen use symbol signs: a boar (butcher), coffeepot, rhino (imports), printing press, and a drinking mug.
24: A family is pieced together with hope and faith. A family is quilted and bound with love and grace.
25: Enjoying the peace of the garden
26: At the Colonial Garden, Kathleen planted and watered plants
27: Kathleen needed to run errands. To the printers, the goldsmith, the store, and to the garden.
29: Out and about. Enjoying the fall decorations around town.
