We ran around in a rowdy band,
 encountered unruly children...
 associated with dangerous gangs,
 and even more dangerous dogs.
In Wyoming you were thrown in jail and I kissed a moose.
We courageously sailed the treacherous seas of Lake Michigan...
 and survived. | But wBut
In our leisure time we executed death defying stunts!
 Or at least attempted to.
We survived holidays... | and Aunt Chris
holiday fashions... | hosting a holiday...
 and more holidays!!!
 Our holiday spirit never wavered.
Together we have only begun to see the world.
 Like Costa Rica
We repelled down water falls, swam with sharks and sting rays and walked over rickety bridges.
EcuadIn or | In Ecuador we drove fearlessly on the wrong side of the road, tamed Llamas, and dined on guinea pig.
Since that wasn't enough excitement, we jumped 9,000 feet out of a perfectly good airplane
 and milked giant cheese cows.
We biked 32 miles down a slippery slope
and battled blood thirsty mosquitos just to take this picture.
Engaged | A week after the new year you proposed in Ecuador, 14,000 feet above sea level. On a walk down the side of a mountain, you handed me a small journal that included your thoughts about experiencing new emotions and life transitions in the year to come. The last page said, "Will you marry me?" You got down on one knee and I said "yes", twice. We cried, hugged and kissed as a confused Ecuadorian farmer strolled by. We carved a heart with our initials in the dirt on the side of the mountain. We officially titled the new year (2010), the Year of the New.
From this day forward, we will experience life's new adventures as husband and wife. You are the best life partner I could have ever asked for. I love you completely and forever. ~Mary Sue~
