Chici, getting to know you over these past couple of years for me has been such an honor. I have loved getting to know you. Especially over a good McDonald's cheeseburger! Your wisdom and insight into my life has been invaluable. I have grown into a better Christian with a closer relationship with God, and a better person as a result of you pouring into my life. Thank you so much for everything. I love you. Naomi.
Though the children change through the years, you will always be a part of their story, and they will always be a part of yours. | October, 2010 | June, 2010 | September, 2010 | June, 2011
 The Littles!
The little kids seem to take such pleasure in the simple things. | And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
 The Mediums!
Snips and snails and puppy dog tails, That's what little boys are made of.
 The Youth!
The teens have been with you for a while. And even though they may not show it, your example and words will stick with them for a lifetime. "Teach a youth about the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."
 The Girls!
Camping! | Swimming was definitely the highlight! We spent most of our time in the pool. There were a lot of red eyes and pruny fingers and toes. :)
While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available to them. And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will bring joy for all the people. Today in the town of David; a savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth, peace to those on whom his favor rests." When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about." So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.
His master replied, 'Well done good and faithful servant! ... Come and share your master's happiness!'
