2: January and December were filled with going to the zoo and | celebrating Christmas with family
6: Noelle kissing her baby and learning to stand on her own
9: In February we went to the auto show and Noelle fell asleep
10: Hanging out at home in March and taking a walk by the lake
12: In April we surprised Mike for his birthday and introduced grass | to Noelle at Moraine Hills State Park which she didn't like much. | Grandma Hunter came to visit for Easter. We then we went to | Indiana Dunes.
19: In May we saw Grandma Hunter and then went to the Omaha Zoo with Travis's family. Noelle like the goose who came to check her out.
20: Noelle turns 1! We had a party with Grandpa Herman and all the Van Der Naalt's. | Grandma Hunter came and helped paint the house and make Noelle's owl cake which she gave kisses to. | We also told everyone we were expecting baby #2 with a special Big Sister shirt!
21: Hiking at Starved Rock | Rick and Peggy came and helped us fix our tub and shower then followed us to IHA!
23: Noelle and Cassie went to IHA in June | Mom came back to Chicago to meet up with Aunt Kay and Uncle Lloyd in Chicago | While in Chicago we went to pick strawberries at Thompson's then ate at Cracker Barrel.
25: Noelle swimming at Grandma and Grandpa Herzog. For 4th of July we went to Grandma Hunter's and celebrated Corban's birthday then went to the Clear Lake parade with the Mueths.
26: In July Travis and Heather came out and we went to the beach, Cubs game and also saw cousins at Rain Forrest Café
28: In August we went to Wisconsin. We started with going to the Wisc. State Fair. The next day we went to NHAL State Forest where Noelle went on her first canoe ride and saw lots of loons and ate lots of animal crackers. Then we headed to Aunt Mary and Uncle Dave's cabin just south of Minocqua. Cassie caught three fish and Tim caught lily pads. We also went berry picking on the side of the road. We then headed to Door County.
34: In Door County we stayed with Nathan and Becky in Fish Creek. We spent a lot of time in Peninsula State Park hiking, cameoing, having a camp fire and watching the sun set. We also went to Newport Beach State Park and on our way out of Door County went to a county park. Our last stop was taking Noelle on her first amusement rides and eating her first ice cream cone at Bay Beach State Park.
36: In Sept. we went with Grandma Herzog to the zoo. We also went apple picking at Four Seasons Apple Orchard.
43: In Oct. we went to he zoo, Botanical Gardens, Iowa to see Grandma Hunter and drove to Minneapolis and met Mike and Melissa at the Mall of America
44: In November Kari came to visit. We also went to Science and Industry. Noelle also went poddy and poop on the toilet at 18 months old!
55: We went to Harvest for the Christmas Eve service then met up with Grandpa Herman for pizza. On Christmas day we opened presents at home and then went to G's Herzog. Mike and Melissa came later that week and we went bowling Friday, celebrated Christmas on Saturday and then had a Vander Naalt New Years Day celebration at Granpas. Cassie at almost 40 weeks.
