4: how does ones body react to stress?
5: acne weight gain/loss stomach ulcers shakes baggy eyes in the morning from loss of sleep
6: some consequences of being stress could be:
7: your immune system could be weakend your existing conditions can worsen. a raising heart rate. it can cause muscles to contract or tighten
8: some ways to prevent stress from having a negative impact on your life.
9: realizing you have stress doing something about it. | change stress into positive hope. | learn from failure dont dwell on them | change the activities that are causing stress. | ask for help.
