1: Escaping The Death Camp Train People jump fences, windows and barbed wires. The SS even sat on the top of roofs and shot at those who tried to escape but they still took a chance.
2: Biography She was born in a little city called Oleszyce in Poland. There community consisted of 7,000 families, half of them were Jews. Her birthday is January 1, 1924.
4: BAD Experience
5: May of 1945 Germans started to draw back, and one day the Russians came in. She was still scared to tell anyone that she was Jewish. She looked at the Russian soldiers to see if any of them were Jewish, but she didn't see any.

9: Eva had one brother and sister who were still alive. He immigrated to the United States in 1933, and she had gone to Russia. Eva's childhood friend jumped from the same train and survived. She was engaged her fiancée invited my husband to the wedding. She attended her friends wedding. When she seen Henry walk in she was amazed. She didn't know that he was alive and he didn't know that she was alive.
