4: Grace Age 11 Grace loves reading, growing plants, volunteering to help take care of horses, roller blading, listening to music, sewing, training our dogs, and playing piano. | Ian Age 5 Ian loves to ride his bike, watch movies, play out on our climber, play computer games, go sledding, play games, listen to chapter books at night, make people laugh, and to play teether ball. | Tessa Age 2 Tessa likes to snuggle, read books, draw pictures, learn her letters, ride her scooter, play dress up, dance to music, swim, and play with her friends. | Our Blessings
5: Grace made pillow case dresses for girls in Haiti. | Grace took an agility class with Claire. They both loved it! | Ian likes to climb on everything. so we have a big climber in the yard. We also have a great neighborhood with sidewalks to practice bike riding. | Tessa is happiest in the water even if that just means taking a bath. | Tessa likes dressing up. This is one of her Ethiopian outfits
6: Our Home | We own a four bedroom home, with lots of indoor play space. We have a large fenced in back yard with a climber for the kids. Our home is often the house where all the neighborhood kids hang out.
7: These are our two boxers Corbin and Claire. They are often found laying by the fireplace in the winter on the back deck in the sunshine in summer. They are calm and gentle dogs and are fun to have part of our family. | Our Pets
8: Learning Together | Grace has been learning to play piano and Tessa loves to pretend to play with her. | We visited a local museum and were able to sit in the desks in the one room school house | Ian learned to bowl at a bowling party. We enjoy trying new things together. | Grace wrote a version of "The LIttle Red Hen" for a school project. She then casted and directed the show for our friends and family.
9: Playing Together | Water Works at the Chirldren's Museaum | We found a great spot to find tadpoles and spent the day catching tadpoles and building a habitat for them to live in. | At the history museum the kids and I were allowed to try on costumes of famous Americans. | Grace teaching Tessa how to color. | One of Heather's favorite trips is the butterfly garden. We love identifying them and holding them .
10: This is the first bottle Ian gave to Tessa. He was so excited to be a big brother. | To help with bonding we took turns holding, rocking, and carrying Tessa in a baby sling when she first came home to us.

12: Family Church Camp | We love to hike out to the bog and investigate the plant and animal life. | Family Camp is always in the fall. Some years it is still warm enough to swim. | There is a huge lake there and we love to rent the paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks.
13: Waiting to try kayaking | Ian especially enjoys hiking in the woods.
14: Jason's dad and his wife own a cabin and we like to go visit and go fishing and four wheeling.
