2: Shabbat dinner at Julienne Tomatoes worked very well. We had about 40 out of town guests join us.
3: Jeremiah waited patiently for Student Rabbi Brent Gutmann to begin the service and call him up to the bimah. The Wailing Schpilkas played (Conrad Gold, Andy Ellison, and Suzanne Shumway).
5: The whole family was really excited for Jeremiah's big day. His Uncle Bob and Aunt Laura both came to support their nephew. And of course, the cousins were here to lend their calming craziness!
6: The whole family came to town.

22: Jeremiah selected his great Uncle Joel for the first aliya, then his parents, and then Rabbi Brent called him for his first aliya.
23: Jeremiah chanted beautifully. His Uncles Ben and Josh were called up for Hagbah and Gelilah.
24: Mom and Dad got to say a few words.

32: Julienne Tomatoes made two beautiful cakes: Mocha Toffee Torte and Lemon Raspberry! Instead of the traditional candle lighting ceremony, we had special people in Jeremiah's life say a few words.
33: Annie told a funny story... | Tom told a funny story... Bubbie cried... Joel was moving. No surprises there!
34: Whitecaps served a lovely luncheon - kids upstairs and adults down and a slide show in the bar! | Suzanne and Michael Shumway tried to figure out the questions to Annies "Jeremiah" Game.

37: Camp Daggett Adventure Center
38: Camp Daggett was the kids party event that evening. Jeremiah and his friends had a blast. They enjoyed the high ropes as well as the games. | Climbing the wall - Climbing the ladder to reach the high balance beam for a sword fight - the favorite game was "Where's My Chicken."
41: The kids took a break for pizza and of course more Julienne Tomatos Cake - the Chocolate Meteor!
