BC: Freedom, beauty, truth and love.

FC: "The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is to love and be loved in return." By Melissa Volkmar

1: Found Poem Don't be so scared to take a second for reflection, You're destined til the day of doom. Nowhere fast, Nowhere fast. No surgical band, no metal truss, Near death, last breath, and barely hangin on, to tote a badly fallen womb. Dont be so scared. The damned thing really doesn't show, Don't be so scared. Would you believe me if i said i didnt need you? Everybody's gonna love today, Gonna make you a lover.

2: Shel Silverstein: Boa Constrictor "Oh, Gee, It's up to my knee. Oh my, It's up to my thigh. Oh, fiddle, It's up to my middle..." | Mika: Love Today "Everybody's gonna to love today, Gonna love today, gonna love today, Everybody's gonna today, gonna love today, Anyway you want to, any way you've got to, Love love me..."

3: Michael Holbrook Penniman, also known as Mika, is a famous song artist. He is one of my favorites because he has a five octave voice, which is amazing. He was born in Lebanon, in 1983. Because of the war, he and his family moved to Paris. Soon after, they moved to London. There, Mika was moved into the musical career. He started singing, and sang at the Royal Opera House. He went to college at the Royal College of Music but dropped out to create his first album. It took him a while to finish the album, Life in a Cartoon Motion,” but he did and it was a big hit in the US and the UK. Some of his popular songs include, “Grace Kelly”, “Love Today”, and “Relax, Take it Easy.” | When I was younger, I used to read poems written by Shel Silverstein. He was born in Chicago in 1930. When he was a kid, he used to draw, because he didn’t know how to talk to girls or play any sports. He drew his first adult cartoons when he was a G.I. in Japan and Korea. He also learned how to play guitar, and write songs, that would later turn into such hits as “A Boy Named Sue” for Johnny Cash. He got into writing stories for children when his friend, a children’s book writer, showed Shel what he did. Shel started to write poems and made a book name “The Giving Tree,” which was a great story with a life lesson.

4: Perfect Rhyme | There was a cat, it liked to lay on a mat. All it did was sleep, it never made a peep.

5: Envelope Rhyme | This is the true life, Nothing is predictable, You never know what will happen. One day you will know someone, The next will suprise you. This is the true life.

6: when i first met you, i knew it was real. you never lie. always telling me i look beautiful. always letting me know how you feel. i want you to know who i am. what i've done. im an innocent girl, who likes to have fun. the time i spend with you is priceless. i always dread that hour hand on the 12, i never life seeing you go. i want to be with you forever and ever. please, never leave me to be alone.

7: i dont know how you do it. you always know what im thinking. it makes me never want to quit. and now you've got me shaking. you constantly know what you do. im just here to say, i love you.
