FC: Someday By Kelly Anderson Original Story By Charlotte Zolotow
Someday I will come to school feeling confident about myself, my appearance and not be afraid to speak out and have fun. I will be known as the girl who had the confidence to wear a home-made sock skirt to school, the girl who was not afraid to be herself, who was an amazing student, but most importantly the girl who had the best personality; funny, kind, thoughtful, a great friend, and trustworthy.
Someday I will find what it takes to be the best daughter/sister/granddaughter I can be, someday I will be able to fully appreciate the amazing family I have, to not get angry about small things, and to love my family with an unwavering strength.
I wish that I could be the person I am inside, speak the thoughts whirling around my head, that's what I writer should be able to do! I wish I could relax and laugh at my mistakes, laugh along with my friends and be funny and carefree. Someday I will know exactly what to say to comfort a friend in need, in an awkward situation, or just when we are joking around.
Someday I will have the persistence to keep going any day at track, to run faster, work harder, and longer, and basically just be a better sprinter. Someday I will get first place at track meets, and I will have the stamina to run any number of miles at a time. I need to find the courage to continue track in high school, right now I don't feel I have the capabilities to run as hard as the high schoolers do.
Someday I will give everyone the love they need to be healthy, happy people. Everyone needs to be appreciated and I want to be the one to make a change for these people. If everyone could be loved, I think many of our problems as humans would be fixed!
If I could, I would go back not let my great-grandma pass away. The last time I saw her was three years ago and I wish that I could've spent more time with her. Mom and Gramma are always talking about what a wonderful woman she was, I wish I could've gotten to know her, she seemed like a unique person and thoughtful friend.
I couldn't ask for better parents, they are supportive, caring, and loving! The only changes I see fit are on my part. I wish I could tell them anything, when something is bugging me, I'd be able to tell them what's wrong; sometimes it's nice to have someone who'll listen.
Someday I will have the perfect bedroom, one that I have totally designed, fits all my needs, and is perfect. Right now I occupy myself by decorating my room, finding inventive ways to store items, creating my own decorations, and coming up with new ways to decorate things. When I move out and have my own house, I will decorate my whole house how I want; it will be perfect! I know I probably will never have the skill or money to be a Martha Stewart, or even good enough to get in a magazine, but if I like my house, nobody else's opinion matters!
Someday I will have a faithful Sheepdog to keep me company when I feel most alone. She will be fluffy and dorky, like the sheepdog my parents found on the side of the road when they were first married. Ayla was dorky, getting into every possible predicament, but she was lovable and loyal. She was the type of dog that will stick with you forever. Someday I will have another sheepdog just like her.
I have been many places already, and of them there are some that I love more than others. Someday I will find my happy place, a little corner of the world I can call mine, the place I love and would never leave, a place I have yet to find. It may be somewhere I have already been, or it might be some place totally new that I love the instant I lay eyes on it.
Someday I will be working from home, sitting in my leisure clothes, drinking iced tea, working on my latest novel. The life of an author is pretty relaxed; you get to spend the day how you wish, doing what you love the most. I will also spend my time volunteering at various places, helping my community and neighbors, making my world a better place. | Live Love Write
I excel in school and couldn't ask for better grades. I want high school to be the most memorable time of my life, I want to meet new people and be able to have a great time. Someday I will go to the perfect college, one that will benefit my writing skills and open new doors for me. Beyond being a writer, I don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
Someday, when we are all grown up, my friends and I will always be in touch, whether it is by text, letters, or in person. I couldn't live without my friends, they are my life! I also wish that none of us will ever move away, and that Jessica will move back here so that we all can be together again.
Someday I will restore our Earth to its former glory with beautiful blue skies, crystal clear water teeming with life, the North Pole will be frozen once again, and life will be perfect. Someday we will all live with the environment in mind, appreciating the world's beauty and respecting it. We will find a way to get rid of all the waste, patch the ozone layer, and fix every worldly wrong.
Someday society will appreciate everyone, especially nerds like me. I don't think it's fair how society ranks people by material richness and fashion. If we all can appreciate each other, not full out love each other, just accept everyone, the world will be a better place where peace reigns and everyone gets along.
Someday I will make a law protecting every child from bad people, shootings, and any other life threatening scenarios. Kids deserve a shot at life and I wish that each one could have wonderful, loving parents like I have. Someday there will be no abusive parents, only parents that love their children for the amazing people they are, parents that are supportive and love with all their hearts.
But now it's time for track, music lessons, and every other after school club they offer. (I'm already late) Then back home for dinner and homework, and if I am lucky I will get time to do what I love most (read!) before I have to take a shower and go to bed.
