FC: Corvettes | Shane

1: This is a story about the history of all Corvettes.I like Corvettes because my dad and grandfather sold them. I like the way they look and they are fast.

3: The first Corvette was made in 1953. It was made of fiberglass. It was first built in Flint,Michigan. It went 180 mpg.

5: This is the 1963 Corvette. The body style was called the Sting Ray. It sold for $4037. It had two doors. It was a convertible.

7: This Corvette was made in 1971. I like the convertible style. It sold for $5299. It weighed 3167 pounds. The fender was shaped at an angle more than the 1960's model.

9: This is the 1982 style. The price is $22,538. It was made in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It was the first Corvette to cost more than $20,000.

11: This Corvette was the 1994 model. It cost $42,960. It came in many different colors. Some models came with a V-8 motor.

13: This is a 2008 model. It is called a ZO6. It goes 200mph. My grandfather sells a ZO6. It cost $46,225.

15: This is the 2011 Corvette. Its special name is C7. It was in the movie Transformers 2. It cost over $100,000. It is my favorite Corvette. It is the newest style. It goes faster than 200 mph.
