1: Yoga has been practiced for over 5,000 years. | Yoga can strengthen your flexibility, strength, and balance.

2: Yoga is not for everyone. People with health risk such as, severe osteoporosis, high or low blood pressure, ear problems, problems with your spine, pregnancy (including risks to your unborn child), should be very careful if they want to start.

3: Other people have to be careful, too. Yoga can cause injuries to: neck, shoulders, spine, legs, and knees if not done properly.

4: The two biggest rules for yoga beginners is to stay hydrated and take it slow.

5: Yoga massages all organs of the body. This is good because it can prevent diseases and massage things that never get soothed otherwise.

6: Practicing yoga can help your blood flow.

7: Yoga harmonizes the mind, releases stress, and helps you achieve great physical and mental feats.

8: "Meditation creates conditions, where you are not affected by the happenings around you. This in turn creates a remarkable calmness and a positive outlook, which also has tremendous benefits on the physical health of the body."
