S: GANTZ*YEAR ONE*1-7-11 TO 1-7-12
FC: WALKER | VINCENT | GANTZ
1: Gantz, You are truly our angel from above. The Lord took mama's Grandpa Garis away from this world on the morning of January 7th, you were born that night. You brought so much joy to our family and still bring us joy every day since. Your smile is contagious and even when we are frustrated, the second you smile, it all goes away. Your first year was a very busy one. You traveled to Nacogdoches, Branson, MO, and Houston. You started crawling at 6 1/2 months and walking at 9 1/2 months. You could say Mama, Dada, dog, cow, what's that, and NO all by Christmas. Your favorite food is EVERYTHING, you hate to sleep, and you LOVE to be outside. If we couldn't figure out what you wanted, all we had to do was walk outside and you immediately calmed down. WE LOVE YOU! Momma, Daddy, and Huxley

12: A Mother's Love
13: I hold you in my arms And together we softly sway As I rock you to sleep And this is what I pray: I pray for your safety Your health and happiness, too I ask God to wrap you in his love In Everything You do I pray you'll never know A single ounce of pain That you carry no burden And that you smile through the rain I pray you have the will To make all your dreams come true And that you find success In all you set out to do | I pray for your future One that I hope is bright And if you have the choice To always do what is right I pray you have peace And love inside your heart Not just for yourself But for those less fortunate than you are I pray you grow into a person Who values those you love And that loyalty and honesty Are not just things you speak of I pray so many things for you Because I love you so Because you are a little piece of me My heart and my soul

19: MY LITTLE BOY No amount of gold could ever compare, to the gift of love that my son shares. I've been blind and I couldn't see that all the love I've wanted is right here in front of me. He gives reason to get through another day. Maybe it's how he loves me in his special little way. And when it gets hard for me to sleep at night.... He wraps his little arms around me and says God will make things right! From sweet gentle touches to his bear hugs and a kiss... He makes this hell on earth seem more like a peaceful bliss. That great big kool-aid smile and the twinkle in his eyes.... Every time I look at him it makes me want to cry. But they're not tears of sorrow; they're tears of pride and joy.... To know that all the love in heaven is wrapped around my little boy
21: 6 Months
24: There are tiny little fingers pressed against my cheek, and the palm of the hand that holds all my dreams. There is a careful little grimace directed right at me, and the expression of innocence that grabs me every time. There is a pair of big brown eyes that light up in the dark, and the window to a soul that knows only truth. There are clumsy little legs dancing to a tune, and a chubby little bottom to break their every fall. There is a babble and some laughter coming from my room, and the sounds of heaven right here in my home. There is chaos in the kitchen, and toys all down the hall, a reminder to us all that time is so precious. There are cookie crumbs on the table, and milk spilled on the carpet, but an image of simplicity and joy came with the mess. There are car keys in the toilet and the unmistakable sense my life is full. There are two boys fast asleep, just in the other room, and a mother who's convinced that wonders never cease.
