S: Sean, Tanja & Mackenzy Skye Johnstone
FC: Once upon a time not so long ago....
1: There was a boy called Sean and girl called Tanja. They fell in love and decided to get married.
2: It was a sunny day in June when Tanja realized she might be pregnant. She ran to the store to get a test and 3 minutes later their life changed forever, Tanja was pregnant!
4: They thought it would be fun to take a photo each month to document the growth of the baby. It's such a miracle to see the changes that our bodies go through while a little life is growing inside. It has been such an easy pregnancy with the exception of a couple months of morning sickness, but it is well worth it.
5: 8 weeks | 12 weeks | 16 weeks | 20 weeks | 24 weeks | more to follow...
6: ..... | September 12th is a day they will never forget. Sean took Tanja to the hospital; he wouldn't miss this for the world. Once they saw their baby on the screen they were so excited to find out what it would be: It's a girl !
8: After MANY nights of flipping through pages and pages of baby names, talking about the many options, their mind was done searching and stressing. They finally narrowed it down to Mackenzy Skye. Mackenzie,is of Irish and Gaelic origin, and the meaning of Mackenzie is "fire-born; of the wise ruler". The name's development was also influenced by Cainnech, meaning "good-looking". Skye comes from the vocabulary word sky which ultimately comes from the Norse word meaning "cloud."
10: Tanja had been dreaming of the perfect nursery for her little girl for months and she was so happy with the way it turned out. They decided to go with a Pink and neutral colors, something that little Mackenzie will grow into as she gets older. They can't wait to show Mackenzie her new room.
