S: Reece Barry Oster - Your First Year
FC: Reece Barry Oster | Your First Year | Beginning September 29th, 2010
1: A book of your first year. | We were so excited when we found out you and your brother were on the way. You will always be my adorable Baby A. You started wiggling, stretching, and moving in my tummy and you never stopped. On the ultrasounds you were always stretched out and moving constantly. The day you and your brother arrived made all of our dreams come true! | Love, Mom

5: Welcome Reece
6: When you were born... You were born on Wednesday, September 29th, 2010 at 7:02 in the evening. The doctor pulled you out and you began crying loudly. You weighed 5 pounds 6 ounces and were 18.5 inches long. Your brother was born four minutes after you. I was able to watch in amazement as you moved your arms and legs wildly it was the most incredible moment of my life. You were a tough little guy and weighed more than we expected. Dad and Grandma Shari got to hold you and I was able to touch you for the first time. When we went to the recovery room you lye in your bed and looked my direction with your alert eyes. It was incredible to hold you for the first time. You were such an easy going baby at the hospital. Your dad fell in love with you instantly and was the first person to change your diaper. You made us laugh with your funny facial expressions and Dad started to call you our little garden gnome because you were a cute little wrinkly guy. All of your grandparents and six living great-grandparents came to the hospital to see you. You and I were discharged from the hospital on the same day but your brother had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for three extra days. We stayed in your brothers room during the day and at Steve and Bevs house at night. It felt so good for all four of us to be together and we were able to lay you next to your brother. We all came home together on Wednesday, October 6th, 2010.
